2.1. Existing valve control devices are set up in housings that feature also the complete yoke in addition to the valve spools. 2.2. In order to reduce the assembly effort required as well as the play of the valve domes on the inside of the spool, yoke arrangements are mounted externally on the housing. 2.3. Such valve control devices are suitable for antilock braking systems, anti-slip control systems, electronic brake servos, and electronic stabilizing programs in motor vehicles.

Valve control unit

Assemblies for electronic components, in particular for automotive electronics, must satisfy increasingly stringent demands in terms of quality and especially cost efficiency. These demands are met by the assembly in accordance with the present invention, wherein the electronic components are arranged on a printed circuit board which in turn is firmly and directly connected to the surface of the metal plate. The printed circuit board and the components are molded using a suitable plastic material in such a way that the molding creates a positive connection with the metal plate at the periphery of the printed circuit board, and thus forms a moisture-proof housing both for the printed circuit board and for the components. Further advantages are in the considerable savings in material and also in a reduced production depth in comparison with known assemblies, resulting in the required cost efficiency.

This disclosure describes a procedure for soldering an insulated wire where the wire end features a U- or V-shaped hook with one bending point and is introduced such into the soldering hole of a printed circuit board that the bending point protrudes from the other side of the soldering hole.

Switch controller system

A valve control device of the kind used in ABS or ASR systems as applied in motor vehicles. Such a valve control device comprises a valve block that accommodates the solenoid valves and where a solenoid is assigned to each solenoid valve. The side of a solenoid holder facing the valve block has compartments for accommodating the solenoids, there being an elastic spring element on its compartment base that presses the solenoid against the valve block. Furthermore, each solenoid has first media that, when the solenoid is introduced into this compartment, act together with second media, assigned to the compartment, as a snap latch in such a way as to prevent the solenoid from being pulled out from this compartment. The first and second media are sufficiently elastic that the solenoid can still be moved slightly in all directions in the plane perpendicular to its coil axis.

Housing for motor vehicle electronic system

To make housings used in automotive engineering for holding electronic components suitable for engine compartment installation, complex measures are taken that involve high manufacturing costs. In accordance with the invention, a housing is provided that permits simple production at low cost and affords dependable protection of the electronic systems, in that the electronic components mounted on an electronic carrier are provided with a protective lacquer, and then covered with a flexible and watertight foil as a protection against moisture in such a way that it provides an airtight and watertight seal on an all-round edge formed by a metal plate supporting the electronic carrier. A housing cover forming the housing in conjunction with the metal plate serves as a mechanical protection.

Housing for fitting in motor vehicles to hold electronic components

The invention relates to a housing for installation in motor vehicles to hold electronic components arranged on a PCB. In accordance with the invention, the housing comprises a trough-shaped housing section and a metal lid. In addition, several heat sinks are arranged on the PCB, with the PCB being firmly connected exclusively to these heat sinks. Here, the heat sinks are designed such that they are in direct contact with both the housing section and the metal lid.
