A handle arrangement for a movable body part, such as a door or the like of a vehicle, having a handle recess, a pivoted part, which is linked in the region of the handle recess, closes the latter by spring force and is to be opened manually, and an actuating element arranged in the handle recess and intended for a locking device. Safety actuation of vehicle door-handle operated door locks using series

A system for the central locking of several closure points of an automotive vehicle with a remotely controlled setting member at each closure point has a central control circuit, as well as activating switches. Each switch has a neutral central position between 'closed' and 'open' positions at one or more closure points, by which the control circuit can be controlled for movement of all setting members in the same direction. A switch sequence of the invention provides for individual opening of a closure point by a process wherein the actuating switch must be brought into the 'closed' position and then immediately into the 'open' position.

Central locking device

A system for the locking and/or unlocking of a security device, particularly an automobile locking device, comprising a transmitting device for transmitting coded data recording, a receiving device for receiving the coded data recording, a transmitter-end storage and a receiver-end storage for storing codes and a comparator for comparing the received data recording with the stored data recording, a control signal being adapted to be given off to the security device from the receiving device in the event that said data agree. The receiving device has a signal generator to produce several further coded data which are stored in the transmitting device and in the receiving device and can be employed upon the subsequent use of the system. The further coded data recording may be random number and/or algorithms for changing the random numbers. The production of the further coded data recording is effected preferably upon actuation of the ignition lock.

System for the locking and/or unlocking of a security device

An ignition key consists of two structural units which are detachably connected to each other. One of the structural units contains the transmitter electronics and the key shank, while the other structural unit contains the battery and a button for connecting the battery to the transmitter electronics. The attachment of the two structural parts to each other is effected by means of dovetail guides.

A device for the unlocking and locking of doors having pneumatic setting members in the individual door-locking mechanisms is provided centrally with a pneumatic pump (19) having a motor (18) of controlled direction of rotation. This motor can be controlled by means of a DC door switch (2). Immediately after a pressure build-up or vacuum build-up a holding-circuit switch (23) closes a holding circuit so that the DC motor (18) which drives the pneumatic pump (19) continues to operate even if it is immediately switched back directly after the making of contact by the door switch (2). Upon an increase in vacuum or pressure, a contact finger (26) of the holding-circuit switch (23) displaces a contact bridge in such a way that it actuates a bistable change-over switch (10) via mechanical transmission members. This change-over switch (10) disconnects the DC motor (18) from the source of voltage and makes it possible for the DC motor (18) to start up in the opposite direction of rotation upon the next following actuation of the door switch.

A device for the unlocking and locking of doors has a pneumatic blocking device (41) by which, in a third switch position of a main lock (1), all secondary door locks (3) in addition to the main door lock (1) are blocked in such a manner that they cannot be opened either from the inside or from the outside and thus can now be opened only by a main key (8) for the main lock (1). A 3/2-way valve (30) for controlling the setting members (35) of the secondary door locks (3) and the blocking device (41) is so developed that it is movable into its one position by an electric setting device (29) and into the other by a pneumatic setting device (37). The pneumatic setting device (37) is controlled by the alternating pressure which is produced by the pump (21) which is so switched and controlled that each time that it starts up it definitely alternately supplies vacuum or pressure.
