Herein is reported a method for the generation of multispecific antibodies by a half-antibody exchange reaction between two 2/3-IgGs destabilized in one half by asymmetric perturbing mutations fostering the generation of correctly assemble full length bispecific antibodies. The method can be performed in the absence of reducing agents and does not require hinge region disulfide bonds in the starting 2/3-IgGs.

Method for generating multispecific antibodies from monospecific antibodies

Herein is reported a method for the generation of multispecific antibodies directly on the cell-surface at the site of action by a half-antibody exchange reaction between two 2/3-IgGs or two 2/3-BiFabs destabilized in one half by asymmetric perturbing mutations fostering the generation of correctly assembled full length bi- or multispecific antibodies. A system and method may generate a radiological request by which to conduct a radiological procedure that employs a series of procedural steps to acquire internal images of a patient. Each step may have a corresponding protocol item which affects image quality and the time required to complete the step. In a method and device for planning an examination of an examination subject in an imaging diagnosis device, a reference image is selected, and an image of the examination subject is to be made that corresponds to the reference image. A workflow protocol is determined with which the reference image was generated. The acquisition of all required images of the examination subject is planned using this workflow protocol. A housing includes a housing section made of hard thermoplastic material for a circuit, e.g. a motor vehicle locking system, to be protected from harmful substances, and at least one pressure member being made of soft thermoplastic material and being accessible from outside the housing. Each pressure member serves to operate at least one electric switch being disposed or to be disposed inside the housing. Edges of the pressure member provide an all-round watertight and adhesive-free cover for a hole in the housing section, with the edges being injection molded directly onto the synthetic material of the housing section in such a way that the synthetic material of the pressure member and the synthetic material of the housing section are fused together.
