A drive for a movable furniture element has an actuating element for moving the furniture element and a motor for driving the actuating element. The actuating element and the furniture element may at times be moved independently of one another, and a position measurement system is provided for determining both the position of the actuating element and the position of the furniture element.

Drive for a movable furniture element

A flap drive system for moving a flap mounted in a movable manner on the body of a piece of furniture has a mechanical actuating unit with an actuating arm that can be linked to the flap, and has an energy accumulator that can apply a force to the actuating arm. The flap drive system also has an electric drive secured to the actuating unit for driving the flap. The electric drive has at least one electric motor and is designed as a self-contained component, such that the electric drive can be secured to the actuating unit even when the actuating unit is already mounted on the body of the piece of furniture.

Flap drive system

An arrangement with a movable portion of an article of furniture, in particular a drawer () or the like, includes a drive unit () and a regulating device () for regulating the drive unit (). The arrangement has a preferably analog force measuring device (), and the force measuring device () produces a force signal which is characteristic for forces () applied from the exterior to the movable portion () of the article of furniture and which can be fed to the regulating device ().

Arrangement with a movable portion of an article of furniture

A movable portion of an article of furniture, in particular a drawer, flap or door, includes at least one preferably electrical drive unit and a triggering device for actuation of the drive unit. The triggering device is at least partially arranged at the movable portion of the article of furniture, and has at least three different switching states. The triggering device has two touch switches (), preferably mechanical touch switches, IR-touch switches or capacitive touch switches, and the direction of actuation (Y, Y, Z, z) of the switches is identical to the desired direction of movement (X, X) of the moved portion of the article of furniture.
