A hinge for the pivotable arrangement of a hood or panel on the support structure of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The hinge includes a basic part and a hinge arm pivotably mounted on the basic part at a hinge axis. The basic part includes a fastening portion which is fastened to the support structure. The basic part further includes at least one mounting bracket axially spaced from the fastening portion from at least one body outside panel.

Hinge for a motor vehicle

A structural body pillar is provided for a motor vehicle having a structural component. The structural component is designed as closed hollow profile and extends in a longitudinal direction of the structural body pillar. Furthermore, the structural body pillar comprises a facing. The facing comprises an elastic material and is arranged in the direction of an outer side of the motor vehicle above the structural component. The structural component is designed unitarily and on a first side provides a support surface for a window of the motor vehicle.

A motor vehicle front structure is provided that has at least one first longitudinal girder and at least one first crash box. The first crash box has a deformation section and a fastening section, the fastening section connected to the first longitudinal girder. Moreover, the motor vehicle front structure has an engine mount, the engine mount having a first fastening section, which is connected to the first longitudinal girder. The fastening section of the first crash box and the first fastening section of the engine mount have a common overlap area.

In a motor vehicle a door and the body are connected by a pantographic hinge device, the arm of which is substantially constructed from a housing module, from which rotatable shaft sections coupled in two end regions project and which has an open side, and a coupling mechanism module for creation of the rotational coupling of the shaft sections to one another, which can be inserted into the housing module through the open side. The coupling mechanism module is inserted into the housing module after the door and body connected to one another through the housing module have been painted.
