A first instance of a deployer application is executed in a server mode. The deployer application is configured to deploy service instances for a multi-tenant application. A first onboarding request is received for a first tenant for the multi-tenant application. A first service instance for the first tenant is created, in response to the first onboarding request. A first request to deploy artifacts to the first service instance is received, by the first instance of the deployer application. The artifacts are deployed, by the first instance of the deployer application, to the first service instance.

Artifact deployment for application managed service instances

A system, a method, and a computer program product for deployment of objects are disclosed. Using a deployment infrastructure of a database system, a deployment container for deployment of at least one object at runtime of an application is generated. The container includes at least one artifact for the object and a container schema indicative of at least one dependency associated with the object. At least one deployment privilege is associated based on the container schema with the artifact for the object. The artifact of the deployment container is deployed based on the associated deployment schema during runtime of the application. The container can be an isolated container and an access privilege to an object can be requested based on a synonym for deployment purposes.

The method, system and computer-readable media include receiving sales information for a plurality of stores, calculating a capacity index, assigning the calculated capacity index to each of the plurality of stores, defining a criteria level for each of the plurality of stores, categorizing the plurality of stores according to both the capacity index value and the criteria level and assigning one or more stores to the assortment based on the categorizing result.
