A device for suspending a rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine from a traversing gear or supporting structure includes a tension element, which carries the rail by one end via a fixing device. The fixing device grasps a support element of the rail. The support element widens and extends at least partly in the lengthwise direction of the rail. To provide a device for suspending a rail that provides enhanced safety against collapse, the fixing device includes two fixing parts, which are connected like pliers by means of a bolt running in the lengthwise direction of the rail. The fixing parts swivel toward each other from the open position into the fixing position by their fixing regions. The support element of the rail rests against the bearing surfaces of the fixing parts, even in the open position, when the fastening means are released.

Device for suspending a travel rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine

A device for suspending a rail, particularly a running rail of an overhead conveyor or of a lifting apparatus, on a traveling mechanism or supporting framework with a traction element, which is fastened at one end to the rail. The traction element is passed through by a bolt, which is fastened to the rail via a fixing device. The traction element consists of a single part and comprises a lower borehole for the bolt and an upper borehole for fastening to the traveling mechanism or to the supporting framework.

Device for suspending a rail, particularly a running rail of an overhead conveyor or of a lifting apparatus

A running gear, for example, a single-rail lower-flange running gear for hoisting equipment, includes several wheels running on a rail, at least two of which are arranged one behind the other in the direction of travel of the running gear and adapted to be driven by an electric motor. The driven wheels are joined to at least two shafts, which are oriented coaxially to the axis of rotation of said at least two driven wheels.

Running gear

A device for suspending a rail, such as a travel rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine, from a traversing gear or supporting structure includes a tension element secured by one end to the rail. A bolt passes through the tension element and is received by a fixing device that is secured to the rail. The tension element is at least partly recessed in the fixing device in the direction of suspension. In order to provide a secure device that has a long service life and a low structural height, the tension element is fastened to the bolt by a ball-shaped joint, such as a pivoting bearing.

Device for suspending a rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine

A lifting apparatus includes two parallel longitudinal members interconnected by at least one connecting element. A lifting beam is movable by a drive mechanism along the longitudinal members and supports, directly or indirectly, a handling device. Extending parallel to and supporting the lifting beam is a guide rail, which is received in spaced-apart carriages, for displacement in longitudinal direction in a freely running manner, as the lifting beam is moved by the drive mechanism. The carriages are arranged in a space between the longitudinal members and secured to the connecting element, wherein the longitudinal members and the lifting beam are formed with longitudinal grooves for engagement of sliding blocks so that the connecting element, the drive mechanism and the carrying unit are securable to the longitudinal members in any desired longitudinal position, and the guide rail is securable to the lifting beam in any desired longitudinal position.

Lifting apparatus for implementing a rectilinear movement of a handling device

A load-moment support for an attachment element to be secured one end of a longitudinal aluminum profile, includes a frame structure which embraces four outer sides at the end of the longitudinal aluminum profile in a without play manner. The frame structure has lower abutment surfaces to rest, respectively, against a first pair of opposite outer sides at a level with an end face of the longitudinal aluminum profile, and two tilting edges arranged, respectively, on a second pair of opposite outer sides and extending flush with the end side of the longitudinal aluminum profile. The attachment element arranged at the end face of the longitudinal aluminum profile abuts without play against the end face of the aluminum profile as well as against the tilting edges and the lower abutment surfaces of the frame structure and is secured at least to the abutment surfaces.

Load-moment support

An overhead clamp-type gripping device for gripping a load from above, includes a carrier frame which is movable in a vertical direction and has support elements positioned on both sides of a center plane and extending downwards from the carrier frame for movement relative to one another. The support elements have longitudinal guides which define an upwardly open angle with respect to the center plane. Received in the longitudinal guides of the support elements is a gripper unit which includes gripping elements for laterally contacting a load. The gripping elements are movable in load direction from a ready position in which the gripping elements are disposed at an upper end of the longitudinal guides and securable by a locking mechanism, to an active position in which the gripping elements grab the load whereby during lifting of the carrier frame the gripping elements move relative to the support elements in the load direction to thereby automatically apply a clamping action at a clamping force which depends on the weight of the load.

Overhead clamp-type gripping device for grabbing a load

A gripper of a liftable and lowerable load-carrying apparatus for a container, includes a frame placed from above onto a container and having spaced-apart cross beams. Each cross beam defines a longitudinal direction and has at least two gripper elements spaced from one another at a distance which is greater than a dimension of the gripper elements, with each gripper element depending from the cross beam for insertion through a container opening when the frame is placed on the container. The cross beam is made of two sheets which are movable relative to one another in the longitudinal direction, with one of the sheets having one of the gripper elements and the other one of the sheets having the other one of the gripper elements, with the two gripper elements movable in opposite direction to one another in the longitudinal direction of the beam between a ready position and a gripping position.

Gripper of a liftable and lowerable load-carrying apparatus for grabbing containers from above

An apparatus for gripping and weight-dependent clamping of workpieces, bar guides and the like that are to be held or moved relative to a location, particularly in connection with a hand-guided handling device that has a control switch. The apparatus includes a carrying frame to which are linked upper hinge-bolt pairs for respective superimposed pairs of parallel rods, which are detachably attached by pairs of lower hinge-bolts to a connection piece for gripping elements. A pair of struts, each of which is linked to one lower hinge-bolt, is jointly attached in articulated fashion to a control bolt centrally adjustable between the rods in a guide slot on the carrying frame.

An industrial robot gripper assembly includes a pair of spaced apart gripper arms, each of which carries a plurality of workpiece receiving devices. The gripper arms are movable toward and away from each other and at least one of the workpiece receiving devices on each of the gripper arms is movable along an arcuate path so as to bring the receiving devices into appropriate receiving positions for gripping engagement with a workpiece.

Gripper assembly for an industrial robot

A device for balancing of positional and spatial tolerances, for example, for a gripper of an industrial robot at the end of the work arm of the indistrial robot, is furnished, where plates are held at a distance (h) for an intermediately disposed movable plate (4a). The movable plate (4a), provided with an attachment for a flange (6) of a gripper, or the like, protrudes with lateral play of motion through an opening of a fixed plate (2b), disposed toward the gripper, whereby the movable plate (4a) is guided via conical centerings in a fixed-point position. In order to be able to balance even larger positional deviations in a horizontal plane with a very small expenditure of force, it is disclosed that a pressure-medium bellows cylinder (7), connected to a pressure-medium system, is disposed between the movable plate (4a) and a centering element support (8), disposed remote from the gripper.

Apparatus for balancing of positional tolerances

A fixed plate (2) is mounted to an end of a robot or working arm (1) by means of screws (3). The fixed plate (2) has an extraordinary multi-cornered, canted, central opening (2c). A connection plate (4) for a gripper (5) is disposed in this central opening by leaving available a slot X for motion. The fixed plate (2) and the connection plate (4) are provided with bores (2a) and (4a) having conical openings (2b) and (4b) for centering cones (6b) of tapered countersunk pins (6) and (6.1). The diameter of the bores (2b) and (4a) is larger by a factor of two times the size of the available slot for motion as compared to the diameter of the tapered countersunk pins (6).
