The invention relates to a subrack ( ) for industrial electronics. The front and/or rear edge of a cover sheet ( ) and that of a base sheet ( ) are formed by edge-folding for fixing a specially configured angular strip ( ). This enables known module rails to be integrated with the cover or the base and means that said module rails can be produced from sheet steel, which significantly reduces the production costs.

Subrack

An assembly carrier for plug-in circuit boards has front supporting rails formed from the front end of a cover plate and base plate and has two side walls. Each of the supporting rails includes a roof that assists in insertion and removal of the plug-in circuit board. The roof includes a row holes and is formed from front edges of the cover plate and the base plate. A sectional rail of extruded aluminum is fastened on the cover plate and the base plate.

Assembly carrier

An electrical enclosure having a housing including a door. The electrical enclosure includes a frame assembly and a plurality of fasteners. The frame assembly has a first side including a planar portion opposite the door. The plurality of fasteners are disposed through the frame assembly for mounting the frame assembly to the door such that the fasteners do not protrude beyond the plane of the planar portion.

A corner joint element 1 for longitudinal bars 7 and cross bars 8 that are created from hollow profiles 10 of a rack has three legs 2, 3 and 4, which are standing at right angles to each other. The surface of each leg 2, 3, 4 has at least one cavity 11. For the fastening of a hollow profile 10, slipped onto a leg 2, 3, 4, the wall area 12 of the hollow profile positioned above the cavity 11 is pushed into the cavity 11.

Corner joint element

The discovery concerns a fastening device for hinge parts and wall elements on frames of equipment enclosures in the electronic industry, whose sectional side rails show a longitudinal groove. A sprung u-clip 13 showing two thread carriers 16,23, is attachable in this longitudinal groove. A spring tongue 20 on the u-clip faces outward and reaches into a mounting on the longitudinal groove. The longitudinal groove bears rows of through holes corresponding to the thread carrier 16,23 for attachment screws.

Fastening device

The invention relates to a grounding element 1 for fastening to an aluminum component 11 and including a corrosion insensitive and wear resistant contact element 3 for the connection of a ground cable 13. In order not to adversely influence the visual impression of the aluminum component 11, the grounding element 1 includes a basic aluminum body 2 which can be welded to the aluminum component 11 and is connected mechanically and electrically with the contact element 3.
