A combined central control unit is provided for an air suspension system and/or an air processing system. The air suspension system has an electronic control system characterized in that the electronic control system is integrated in the electronic control of the air processing system. Similarly, an air processing system has an electronic control system characterized in that the electronic control system is integrated in the electronic control of the air suspension system.

Integration of an electronic air suspension system in an electronic air processing system

An electromagnetic proportional valve with an outlet chamber that communicates via a fixed valve with a first valve chamber and via a movable valve with a second valve chamber. A valve seat of the fixed valve is embodied on the valve body and the valve seat of the movable valve is embodied on the valve member of the fixed valve. A movable sealing element seals off the two valve chambers from one another. The sealing element, for the sake of achieving the least possible hysteresis, is embodied as a metal bellows that extends through the first valve chamber and on each end is fixed in sealed fashion, on the valve member of the fixed valve and on the valve body.

Electromagnetic proportional valve

A vehicle body level control system which includes three variants for optimization of a level control system during loading and unloading operations. These three variants can be employed independently of one another or in any combination. In a first variant of the invention, the control delay time is extended during loading and unloading operations. In a second variant of the invention, the control dead band is extended during loading and unloading operations. A third variant of the invention consists in performing, in the adjustable state of operation, the control to the presettable level only when the vehicle body level does not vary or varies only very little.
