A method for producing a seal-welded connection between a stamped grid designed to conduct electricity and embedded in a laser-transparent plastic, and a plastic component positioned underneath the stamped grid, using a laser method, including the following method steps, executable in any order: a) carrying out a first welding operation by emitting laser beams, the laser beams falling on the surface of the stamped grid embedded in the plastic, at an angle &#x3b1;, and the angle &#x3b1; being inclined in a positive direction with respect to the vertical; and b) carrying out a further welding operation by emitting laser beams, the laser beams falling on the surface of the stamped grid embedded in the plastic, at an angle &#x3b1;, and the angle &#x3b1; being inclined in a negative direction with respect to the vertical.

A throttle device in the intake section of an internal combustion engine; the throttle device including a housing part, which contains a flow cross section for an air flow. In the housing part, bearing points are provided for a throttle valve device, which can be actuated by means of an actuating drive. The actuating drive can be inserted into a receiving housing, which has first and second guide surfaces that permit the installation of the actuating drive. Fastening means are provided on the circumference surface of the receiving housing and can accommodate a closing and contacting element, which contacts electrical contacts of the actuating drive.

In a device for restoring a throttle valve, which is for controlling combustion air of an internal combustion engine, into a definite limp-home air position, having a throttle valve shaft, which supports a drivable driver and is rotatably supported in a housing, and having a prestressed clamping spring, whose spring ends, by simultaneously embracing a housing catch and a driver catch on opposing catch surfaces, fix a limp-home air position of the throttle valve, from which the throttle valve can be moved through rotation of the driver , a compensation spring, which has a definite initial stress force directed counter to the spring force of the clamping spring, is disposed between one spring end of the clamping spring and a catch surface on one of the catches in order to produce a rotary play-free state of the driver in the limp-home air position.

Throttle valve restoring device

A bearing is fixed in a housing in such a way that it is fixed axially relative to a throttle flap shaft which remains rotatable relative to the bearing. The throttle flap shaft can then be gripped relative to the bearing, in a bearing recess of the throttle flap housing. Intake apparatus for an internal combustion engine

A valve for the intermittent introduction of fuel, in particular gaseous fuel, into an intake tube of an internal combustion engine, which is provided with an electrically actuatable valve member disposed in a valve housing. The valve comprises a slide valve having a substantially cosine-like metering motion, and a metering conduit that opens only after a predetermined portion of the metering motion beyond a position of repose of the valve member is provided. As a result, the control edges are overtaken very fast, and a steep rise or drop in the insufflated fuel quantity takes place. A good approximation to the ideal course, which is equivalent to the course of the aspirated air quantity, is therefore achieved.
