A sealing ring has a sealing disk having a fastening part and a seal part. The fastening part is connected to a first stationary machine part and the seal part seals a movable machine part and is oriented in an axial direction toward an atmosphere side or a medium side of the sealing ring. The seal part has a first sealing element and a second sealing element adjoining the first sealing element and oriented in a direction opposite to the first sealing element in a mounted position of the sealing ring. The second sealing part rests against the rotary machine part under a radial force.

Sealing ring, especially radial shaft seal

The sealing device has a casing and a shaft extending through the casing. A bearing housing with an outer ring bearing is received in the casing. The shaft is rotatably supported in the bearing housing. A slide ring sealing unit including a slide ring, a counterring, and at least one compression spring is provided. The slide ring is forced by the compression spring against the counterring. A centering ring with centering elements is provided. The slide ring sealing unit is connected with the centering ring to the bearing housing, and the slide ring sealing unit is centered at the bearing housing with the centering elements.

Sealing device with centering ring for a water pump

A motor vehicle water pump lubricating chamber arrangement having a housing in which a pump shaft is rotatably journalled which carries a running wheel at a free end thereof and which in a lower region adjoining the running wheel has at least one seal. In a region above the lower seal between the pump shaft and the housing there is provided a chamber filled with lubricating medium so that any fluid lubricant which can otherwise discharge around the shaft will have such fluid caught in the lubricating medium chamber rather than escaping with any trace and track of escaping fluid along any external surface of the water pump which could mislead someone to prematurely replacing the water pump when such replacement is not yet necessary. The pump shaft is journalled free of play via roller bearings including roller bodies pressed into the raceways provided on the pump shaft and on the housing respectively.

Water pump lubricating chamber arrangement for motor vehicles

A sealing arrangement is provided and includes a slide ring seal, and a counter ring that is accommodated in a holder that is provided with a presser sleeve via which, in an installed state, the sealing arrangement is seated with a press fit on a component that is to be sealed. The presser sleeve is disposed between a sealing zone and a holding zone, with the sealing zone being made of a material that has a higher elasticity than does the presser sleeve.

Sealing arrangement

A seal, especially for dishwashers, for sealing a shaft. The seal comprises a bellows made of elastic material, with a support housing and a slide ring associated therewith. The bellows at least partially overlaps the slide ring and the support housing. An inner side of the outer wall of the bellows engages an axially parallel peripheral wall of the support housing. The seal also comprises a pressure spring which operates between the support housing and the slide ring. The peripheral wall of the support housing, and the inner side of the outer wall of the bellows, have such a profiling that support surfaces are arranged on the peripheral wall transverse to the force of the pressure spring, and that corresponding countersurfaces are arranged on the outer wall, the support surfaces and countersurfaces being arranged in axial sequence. The profiling of the peripheral wall of the support housing and the outer wall of the bellows is preferably step-like or serrated, and extends transverse to the axial direction of the seal.

Seal

An axial shaft sealing unit for sealing a stationary machine part relative to a rotatable machine part. The sealing unit includes a slide ring seal mounted on the stationary machine part in a sealing manner and includes a housing with a bottom located transversely to the axis of the slide ring seal, a primary seal forming a sliding ring, a bellows-like secondary seal, and a compression spring arranged between the primary seal and the housing bottom or base. The bellows-like secondary seal is vulcanized in a position which corresponds substantially to its installed position and is held in this position in its operative state by a detachable holder. A counter ring rests directly against a machine component which is non-rotatably connected to the rotatable machine part.

Axial shaft sealing unit for sealing a stationary machine part relative

A slide ring seal structure for sealing machine elements rotatable about an axis, especially for sealing pump shafts, with an about rotation-symmetric housing which at one end face has a bottom extending transverse to the axis of the seal structure. The slide ring seal structure also has a primary seal designed as slide ring located in the interior chamber of the housing, and further has a bellows-shaped annular secondary seal as well as a spring arranged between the slide ring and the bottom of the housing. The secondary seal has an outer cone which flares in the direction of the sliding surface of the slide ring and has associated therewith a corresponding inner cone of a clamping member coaxially surrounding the secondary seal. The axial position of the clamping member relative to the slide ring and to the secondary seal being determined solely by the axial force exerted upon the clamping member during the installation of the slide ring seal structure.
