In order to provide a piston device that is of simple construction and provides optimised sealing, it is proposed that the piston device should include the following: a housing that includes a piston receptacle; a piston that is arranged to be linearly displaceable in the piston receptacle; a main gasket element that separates a first medium space from a second medium space, and a supplementary gasket element, different from the main gasket element, for sealing in a region between the piston and the piston receptacle.

In order to provide a sealing element which ensures a reliable seal and which can be produced easily and economically, it is proposed that a main body of the sealing element is preferably formed from a partially fluorinated or fully fluorinated thermoplastic material and has obtained at least part of its final outer shape or only part of its final outer shape in particular in a high-pressure process and/or in a high-temperature process.

Sealing element and method for producing a sealing element

In order to provide a sealing arrangement for sealing between a first medium chamber filled with a first medium and a second medium chamber filled with a second medium, in the region of a component which is movable along the longitudinal axis, which can be easily manufactured and has low leakage, it is proposed that the sealing arrangement comprises a sealing element which comprises at least one dynamic sealing portion which is placed or placeable on the movable component, wherein the at least one dynamic sealing portion comprises at least two sealing lips between which a leakage reservoir is formed, wherein the leakage reservoir is partially delimited by two boundary surfaces of the sealing lips arranged facing one another, wherein the leakage reservoir is formed at least partially by a concave recess in at least one or between the at least two boundary surfaces of the sealing lips.

In order to provide a seal for sealing a sealing gap between a first component and a second component, comprising a seal body with at least one sealing portion and at least one spring element for biasing the sealing portion against at least one of the components to be sealed, the spring element being at least partially arranged in a receiving space of the seal body, which seal is simply constructed and easily producible and nevertheless ensures a secure retention of the spring element in the receiving space, it is proposed that the spring element has at least one claw element, by means of which the spring element is interlocked with the seal body.

Seal for sealing a sealing gap and method for producing a seal of this type

In order to provide a seal arrangement for sealing between a first medium space filled with a first medium and a second medium space filled with a second medium which ensures reliable sealing between the medium spaces with very low leakage values even over a prolonged period of use, wherein said seal arrangement comprises a moveable component which is displaceable in the longitudinal direction thereof and/or rotatable about the longitudinal direction thereof and extends through the seal arrangement and wherein the seal arrangement comprises a sealing element which comprises a first sealing region that is sealing in relation to the first medium space and a second sealing region that is sealing in relation to the second medium space, wherein the first sealing region comprises a first dynamic sealing section abutting against the moveable component and the second sealing region comprises a second dynamic sealing section abutting against the moveable component and at least one of the two dynamic sealing sections has at least two sealing lips, it is proposed that each of the two sealing regions should comprise at least one respective spring element which biases the dynamic sealing section of the respective sealing region against the moveable component.
