A torque transmitting device in a drive train of a vehicle, which has an assembly on the engine side and an assembly on the transmission side. A geometrically defined installation position of the torque transmitting device between the assemblies can be set by inserting a compensating element, such as an adjustment disk. A thickness of the compensating element depends on the air gap of the torque transmitting device to be set.

Double clutch

A clutch unit which has a friction clutch, that includes a pressure plate, which is rotationally fixed to the housing, yet displaceable to a limited extent in the axial direction. The housing can be connected to a counter-pressure disk, and lever elements which are positioned in an annular arrangement and which are disposed between the housing and the pressure plate. The elements are supported on a rolling support carried by the housing and to which pressure can be applied at the radially inner lever tips thereof in order to close the friction clutch.

Friction clutch unit

A rivet, in particular a solid rivet, for riveting components, which has a primary head for bearing on a component to be riveted and a rivet shank, which is plastically deformable to form a closing head, joined to the primary head so as to constitute a single piece therewith. The primary head has a greater hardness than the rivet shank. Owing to the greater hardness of the primary head, the rivet joint can be produced in a reliable and cost effective manner, even in the case of a rivet header bearing only partially on the primary head.

Rivet and method for riveting components

A coupling assembly which has an adjusting device. In order to prevent uncontrolled adjusting of the adjusting device during transport until installation, a transport lock is provided. In order to be able to further propose an installation space-neutral solution, which, in particular, has no negative impact on the actuating system, grabber arms are disposed for lever elements of the coupling assembly axially in the direction of the counterpressure plate.

A device for actuating a friction clutch with automatic adjustment. An actuating movement for engaging and disengaging the clutch is transmitted to a pressing component. The adjusting device includes a sensing component that is biased in the direction of an adjusting movement and compensates for sensing play that occurs as a result of wear when the clutch is engaged, and that compensates for play that occurs when the clutch is disengaged after compensation of the sensing play in the movement transmission between the actuating component and the transmission component. When the clutch is engaged and wear is present, the sensing component moves out of contact against a spring component which, when the clutch is engaged and wear is present, comes into contact against a stop before the fully engaged state of the clutch is reached.
