A production method for producing molded articles from fiber composites, superparamagnetic particles are selected which become coupled to an external alternating magnetic field. These superparamagnetic particles are added to a resin portion of a strip-shaped starting material further comprising reinforcing fibers. The strip-shaped starting material is then continuously advanced, and, while being advanced, heated by coupling-in an external alternating magnetic field to which the superparamagnetic particles in the resin portion become coupled. Next, the heated starting material is continuously molded into a molded article; and the resin portion in the molded particle is cured.

Induction-assisted production method

A description is given of a device () for tracking the movement of a tool of a handling unit (), having at least one directional radiator () that can be aligned with the tool and be tracked, and a signal evaluation unit () for determining the movement. The directional radiators () have actuators for aligning the directional beam () at adjustable angles with reference to a fixed spatial plane, and angle sensors for determining the current directional beam angle with reference to the spatial plane, the angle sensors being connected to the signal evaluation unit (). Directional beam sensors () for detecting the directional beam () are arranged with a fixed reference to the tool and movably therewith, the directional beam sensors () being connected to the signal evaluation unit (). The signal evaluation unit () is set up for tracking the directional beams () of the at least one directional radiator () onto an assigned, moving directional beam sensor (), and for determining the arbitrary movement of the tool in three-dimensional space as a function of the directional beam angles.

Device and method for tracking the movement of a tool of a handling unit

A method for gluing microcomponents to a substrate () during the production of microsystem components includes the steps of applying a reactive or non-reactive hot melt type adhesive () to the microcomponent () and/or the substrate (), heating the hot melt type adhesive (), and placing the microcomponent () onto the substrate (). The hot melt type adhesive () is on the contact surfaces between the microcomponent () and the substrate () during and after gluing.
