A swashplate-type pivot bearing, or an axial piston machine that has the swashplate-type pivot bearing, which ensure reliable operation. The swashplate-type pivot bearing for a hydraulic axial piston machine has a housing section, a swashplate section and a multiplicity of rolling bodies. The swashplate section is pivotably mounted in the housing section by the rolling bodies and the rolling bodies are arranged in a full-roller configuration and/or without a cage in at least one rolling body row. The swashplate-type pivot bearing also has at least one follow-up device for follow-up adjustment and/or synchronization of the rolling bodies, which is arranged and/or formed at an end of the rolling body row. The follow-up device is controlled by a slotted guide.

Swashplate-type pivot bearing and axial piston machine

A pivot bearing having a first bearing surface of hollow cylindrical design, at least in sections. Guided in the first bearing surface is a second bearing surface of hollow cylindrical design, at least in sections. Rolling bodies are arranged between the bearing surfaces. The pivot bearing also has a cage for guiding the rolling bodies, and a slide block to prevent the cage from slipping. A first grove is formed in the first bearing surface and a second grove is formed in the second bearing surface. The groves are inclined transversely with respect to the running direction of the rolling bodies. The opposite inclination of the groves has the result that, if the spacing between the bearing surfaces is neglected, the grooves intersect. The sliding block is guided between the grooves. The cage has a recess that holds the sliding block permitting cage control.

Pivot bearing

A swash plate pivot bearing is provided having roller bearing segments () arranged between a hollow cylindrical bearing surface () for a swash plate () in a housing () and a cylindrical bearing surface () on the swash plate (), held in curved cages () whereby elements are provided for controlling the cages which prevent the cage () accommodating the roller body () from slipping out from the optimum position thereof in the pivot bearing. The cage control elements are integrated into the roller bearing segments () so that at least one roller body () of cylindrical form has a positive engagement with the hollow cylindrical bearing surface () and the cylindrical bearing surface (). It is thus possible to prevent the escape of roller bearing segments () from the bearing gap () due to the effects of vibration.

Swash plate pivot bearing

An arc-shaped rolling bearing segment ( ) comprising a cage ( ) and rolling elements ( ) for a swash plate pivoting bearing of a hydraulic axial piston machine is characterized in that the cage ( ) and the support peg ( ) are made as a single piece out of a polymer material, and the support peg ( ) is surrounded, at least over a part of its axial length, by a metal ring ( ).

Swash-plate drag bearing

A wobble drive in an axial piston machine, particularly the axial piston pump of a high-pressure cleaning device, having a wobble body (,) rotatable around an axis of rotation (D) and a wobble plate (,) driving with its front side at least one piston (,) positioned parallel to the axis of rotation D, a roller bearing (,) positioned between the wobble body (,) and the wobble plate (,) exhibiting a bearing axis inclined to the axis of rotation (D). In order to insure even at elevated rotary speeds of the wobble body (,) and thus also of the rolling bodies (,) that the rolling bodies (,) are securely held in their races (,) in spite of the elevated centrifugal forces acting on them, it is proposed that the wobble plate (,) be provided with a rim (,) overlapping the wobble body (,), with the rolling bodies (,) being positioned between the rim (,) and the wobble body (,).

Wobbling drive of an axial piston machine

An axial piston machine, in particular an axial piston pump of a high-pressure cleaning device, includes a wobble drive having a wobble member rotatable about an axis of rotation, and a swash plate rotatably supported by the wobble member and extending at an inclination with respect to the axis of rotation. The swash plate interacts on one end face thereof with at least one piston. For simplification of the assembly of an axial piston machine, the wobble member is so configured as to have a conical portion flared in the direction of the swash plate and formed with a ball race for a ball bearing.
