In a linear rolling bearing, a plurality of ball circuits are arranged behind one another in peripheral direction around a guide rail. At least one ball circuit comprising a load-bearing section, a returning section and two deflecting sections which connect these load-bearing and returning sections to each other are retained in a segmental cage housing. This is formed by an inner cage part ( ) and an outer cage part ( ) and comprises a load-bearing raceway element ( ) that is fitted into a through-aperture of the outer cage part ( ). The balls ( ) of the load-bearing section are supported on one side on a raceway of the load-bearing raceway element ( ) and project through a slot ( ) of the inner cage part ( ) to be supported on another side on the guide rail for rolling in the longitudinal direction thereof. According to the invention, each segmental cage housing can be separately inserted and removed in radial direction from a recess of a cage bushing ( ) surrounding the guide rail.

Linear rolling bearing

In a linear guide comprising a guide housing ( ) configured as a profiled support, and at least one guide rail ( ) fixed therein, a guide carriage ( ) being supported for longitudinal displacement on the guide rail ( ) while being connected to a running carriage ( ) that is situated partly outside the housing ( ) and extends through a longitudinal opening ( ) into the housing ( ), the linear guide comprising within the housing ( ), a drive for the longitudinal displacement of the guide carriage ( ) and of the running carriage ( ), according to the invention, the guide housing ( ) is an extrusion molded profile made of aluminium and the drive is configured as an electromotor with one motor component arranged in the guide housing ( ) and one motor component arranged in the running carriage ( ).

Linear guide

A guide rail arrangement for connecting two relatively displaceable components comprising a lower rail (1) and an upper rail (2) supported thereon by rolling elements (3), said lower and upper rails being configured as rectilinear sheet metal profiles, one of the lower and upper rails partially surrounding the other of the lower and upper rails, whereby hollow spaces are formed for receiving the rolling elements (3) and further slide elements (4) arranged between the rails is characterized in that, in a central region of the arrangement, the two rails (1, 2) define a receiving space (5) for a spring and/or damping element, which receiving space (5) is adjoined by regions comprising the rolling elements and the slide elements (4) and extending in end regions of the rails (1, 2) which results in the creation of an arrangement with uniform load distribution on its components so that a deformation of the components and a pressing-in of the rolling elements is reliably prevented.
