In a semiconductor device equipped with a current mirror circuit, a highly reliable semiconductor device capable of suppressing a change in a mirror ratio of the current mirror circuit over time is provided. A current mirror circuit that includes a first MOS transistor and a plurality of MOS transistors paired with the first MOS transistor, and a plurality of wiring layers formed on an upper layer of the MOS transistor are provided. The plurality of wiring layers are arranged such that wiring patterns have the same shape within a predetermined range from an end of a channel region of each of the first MOS transistor and the plurality of MOS transistors.

A semiconductor device includes a first metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) transistor, a second MOS transistor paired with the first MOS transistor, and insulation separation walls which insulate and separate elements from each other, wherein relative characteristics of the first MOS transistor and the second MOS transistor are in a predetermined range, the first MOS transistor and the second MOS transistor are relatively arranged in a gate width direction or a gate length direction, and distances between gate oxide films of the first MOS transistor and the second MOS transistor and the insulation separation walls facing the gate oxide films are the same as each other in a direction perpendicular to the gate width direction or the gate length direction.

An electronic control device is provided with a resin base, a substrate, and a resin cover. The resin base has at least one opening part. The resin cover formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom is fixed on an inner surface of the resin base forming the opening part. The resin cover has a slit. The substrate has a card edge connector to be inserted into the slit. An electronic component is mounted on the substrate.

Waterproof component-suppressing electronic control device

Depending on the orientation by which a breathing filter is mounted in a vehicle, water can accumulate in the breathing filter, and prevent the pressure difference between the space inside a case and the outside air from being adjusted; therefore, the vehicular layout is limited. Also, because the filter is formed in the center of the case, electronic parts cannot be installed on substrates on the upper and lower surfaces of the filter, meaning that the substrate size and the case size will increase. In addition, the costs will increase. The structure of the present invention is characterized in that breathing paths are provided on the surfaces sandwiching a portion where a filter film is welded in the corner of a resin-side case of a vehicle-mounted electronic control device such as an engine control unit or an automatic transmission control unit, and in that the breathing paths are connected inside.

Case structure for electronic control device

A control module includes a control circuit unit and a wiring unit contained between a cover and a base. The wiring unit has a resin molded part formed by resin-molding nearly central portions of bus bars. The base is shaped to be in contact with the cover when they are fitted to each other, and has protrusions each formed to position between the adjacent bus bars in the flexible region. Contact portions between the cover and the protrusions of the base are fixedly bonded to each other.
