A power supply control device of a nitrogen gas generator includes: a pipe having a nitrogen gas inlet for receiving input of nitrogen gas from a nitrogen gas generator that compresses air by a compressor to separate the nitrogen gas from the air, and a nitrogen gas outlet for outputting, to outside, the nitrogen gas received by the nitrogen gas inlet; a pressure gauge that measures pressure inside the pipe; a flowmeter that measures a flow rate of the nitrogen gas flowing inside the pipe; and a control unit that controls supply of power to the compressor and shut-off of the supply of the power in accordance with a measurement result of at least one of the pressure gauge and the flowmeter.

A three-dimensional image capturing device has a center LED and peripheral LEDs which are arranged around the center LED. The center LED and peripheral LEDs irradiate distance measuring light beams to a measurement subject. The distance measurement light beams are reflected by a surface of the measurement subject, and the reflected light beams are received by an imaging device, so that distances from the imaging device to the measurement subject are sensed in accordance with the received light amount. The irradiation timings of the center LED and the peripheral LEDs are adjusted, in such a manner that, when the measurement subject is a flat plane parallel to the light receiving surface of the imaging device, the reflected light beams from all of the LEDs are simultaneously received by the imaging device.

Three-dimensional image capturing device

An electronic endoscope comprises a housing and a flexible tube. A light-transmitting optic fiber and a light-receiving optic fiber are provided in the flexible tube. A light source and an imaging device are provided in the housing. The light source outputs a pulsed distance-measuring light beam, which is transmitted along the light-transmitting optic fiber, and irradiated to a subject. A reflected light beam generated by the subject due to the distance-measuring light beam is transmitted along the light-receiving optic fiber, to enter the imaging device, in which an electric charge corresponding to the subject image (i.e., an image signal of a three-dimensional image) is accumulated. A timing of the accumulating operation of the imaging device is delayed depending on the lengths of the fibers.

A three-dimensional image-capturing device comprises a first and second CCD and a first and second photographing lens. The texture or still image of a subject is captured by the first CCD through the first photographing lens. The distance image of which pixel data represents distance information from the device to each point on the surface of the subject is sensed by the second CCD through the second photographing lens. The three-dimensional coordinate data of each point on the surface of the subject is calculated from the distance information. The parallax between the first and second photographing lenses is compensated for with reference to the three-dimensional coordinate data of the subject.

A three-dimensional image capturing device comprises a light source for irradiating a distance measuring light beam to a subject. The light source has a plurality of light source rings, each of which is formed of a plurality of LEDs. The LEDs are annularly disposed along an outer periphery of a lens barrel. The ratio of the intensities of light beams irradiated by the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth light source rings is 1:2:4:8:16. The intensity of the distance measuring light beam irradiated by the light source rings is modulated by selecting the light source rings to be turned ON, so that the intensity of the distance measuring light beam changes in accordance with the time.

A target, which is photographed with an object at a spot for a photogrammtric analytical measurement, comprises first, second, third standard point members and assistant point members. The standard point members and the assistant point members are covered by a reflecting sheet. A distance between the first and second standard point members equals a distance between the second and third standard point members. The image pick-up device picks up an image of the inspection target optical member whenever it rotates a predetermined angle. The image data which is output by the image pick-up device picking-up the image undergoes coordinate transformation from polar coordinate system to rectangular coordinate system and thereafter binarization process. The area of the defective candidate objects which are extracted from the image data in two color system obtained through the binarization process are normalized in accordance with the reference values prepared for each region in which said defective candidate objects formed within the image data. An optical member inspection apparatus is disclosed. A light shielding plate functions to cast a shadow region so that a line sensor receives an image producing a particular defined image data output, generally speaking a dark image representing an absence of light from an illuminator. When an inspection target optical member is inserted in the light path to intersect that shadow region, the line sensor produces the same image data in the event that there is no defect in the optical member. However, a defect in the optical member will enable light from outside that shadow region to be diffused to impinge on the line sensor thereby producing a change in the image data output. Evaluation of the change in the image data output can provide an indication of the degree of defectiveness.
