The plurality of rotators are disposed side by side. The supporter supports the plurality of rotators. The adjusting mechanism adjusts relative positions of the plurality of rotators and the supporter.

The liquid discharge head and the irradiation unit are mounted on the carriage. The moving unit alternately perform a main scanning movement and a sub-scanning movement. The liquid discharge head discharges the metallic ink in a region of the recording medium in a former main scanning movement and discharges the color ink in the region in which the metallic ink has been discharged, in a latter main scanning movement after the former main scanning movement. The irradiation unit irradiates the region in which the color ink has been discharged with the light.

A duct fan unit, which is a simple structure that can be disassembled by an easy operation and the manufacture cost thereof can be decreased. The duct fan unit comprises a duct and a fan. The duct, allows air to pass through is constructed by engaging two duct constructing members together. The fan is installed inside the duct. A guide portion having a rib shape is set on only one of the duct constructing members such that the fan can be installed easily. A resilient protrusion is set on the other duct constructing member such that the fan can be resiliently pressed for securing the fan in position. Therefore, by simply latching the connecting plate of one duct constructing member with the connecting hole of the other duct constructing member the two duct constructing members are fixed to each other.

A driving device, which can maintain a sufficient rated torque of the non-magnetization type electromagnetic clutch, comprises a driving motor and a driving gear. The driving motor and the driving gear are connected by a non-magnetization type electromagnetic clutch. The electromagnetic clutch comprises a driving shaft, wherein the driving shaft of the electromagnetic clutch is made of non-magnetic material. Because the driving shaft is made of non-magnetic material, therefore the magnetic field of the permanent magnet is not adversely affected or disordered, and a stable rated torque can be achieved.
