There is provided an information processing device having information processing units between which data can be transferred via a bus provided therebetween. A data requested unit which is one of the information processing units sends an answering signal to a data requesting unit which is another one thereof. The information processing device includes an error detecting part for detecting an error in received data, an answering signal generating part for generating an error answering signal with respect to received data having an error and a normality answering signal with respect to received data having no error, and an information sending part for sending the error answering signal to the bus with priority over the normality answering signal.

The main valve slides in the direction for its opening when the plunger is pushed in. This causes the nozzle hole and the main valve's operating bore to be communicated, which then causes the compressed gas in a pressure vessel to open the follower valve's check valve thus discharging the gas to the outside of the pressure vessel through the follower valve's communicating bore. When the pressure at the discharge side exceeds the pressure of the pressure vessel during such discharge, a back-flow pressure causes the follower valve to slide, thus closing the follower valve's operating bore and the communicating bore with the check valve. This closes the gas's passage and prevents its back-flow into the pressure vessel. When charging a high-pressure gas, any moisture which has penetrated into the nozzle hole and/or the main valve's operating bore can be blown off by discharging residual pressure in the pressure vessel.

In an access processing system in an information processor, the information processor includes: an access device (10, 11) for generating an access request signal; an accessed device (13) provided with a memory means (30) that is accessed by the access device (10, 11); and an address bus (14) that has the access device and accessed device connected with the information processor at least by the address bus (14). In a clock control circuit for suppressing a clock pulse in a plurality of devices which operate in synchronization with each other, the clock control circuit detects first and second clock suppress conditions, generates a first clock suppress signal in all the devices based on the detection of the first clock suppress condition, generates a second clock suppress signal in a particular device based on the detection of the first or second clock suppress conditions, transmits the clock suppress signals to all the devices, and suppresses the clock pulse in all the devices based on the first and second clock suppress signals. The second clock suppress signal suppresses the clock pulse after it is suppressed by the first clock suppress signal, and continues to suppress the clock pulse until a suppression release signal is received.

A soft synthetic resin, such as polyurethane, body is molded onto a metallic steering wheel frame except for a part thereof intended for installation of the steering wheel onto a column shaft and a soft burr formed on the resultant covered steering wheel along the parting line of the mold is removed by refrigerating the steering wheel to make the burr hard and fragile and then removing the burr by shot blast treatment, whereafter the steering wheel is heat dried to eliminate water from the atmosphere condensing on the exposed metallic installation part of the steering wheel and prevent resulting corrosion of that part.
