The present invention relates to a pipe joint made of resin used for laying pipes in which a high-purity liquid, ultra pure water or the like flow. According to the pipe joint of the present invention, a sealing surface pressure is generated in both axial and radial directions, providing thereby an excellent sealing property for a long period, and facilitate controlling a torque for fastening a pushing ring. The pipe joint made of resin according to the present invention comprises a joint body having a receiving port, a cylindrical portion, an annular groove portion and a stepped surface. An inner ring forcedly inserted by the pushing ring is provided with an outer projection, an inner projection and an annular recessed portion. On at least one portion among axially opposed portions of each surface, an axial sealing portion is disposed. A bellows that is extendingly and contractingly deformable in the axial direction is placed in a pump body and forms a liquid chamber inside the bellows. A suction portion and a discharge portion are formed in an inner bottom face of the pump body facing the liquid chamber. Liquid is sucked from the suction port into the liquid chamber by extension of the bellows, and the liquid in the liquid chamber is discharged from the discharge portion by contraction of the bellows. The extending and contracting portion of the bellows which is configured by forming ridge-like folds and valley-like folds in a vertically alternate and continuous manner is formed into a shape in which the lower one of upper and lower lamella portions of each of the ridge-like folds, or the lower lamella portion is inclined downwardly toward the axis defining the axial direction, not only in an extending state but also in a contracting state. Even in the case where liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry is used, therefore, the sedimenting material can be prevented from sedimenting and stagnating in the extending and contracting portion of the bellows.

The invention provides a fluid apparatus in which two or more kinds of chemical liquids can be rapidly stirred and mixed in a pump to a uniform concentration. A barrier membrane such as a bellows or a diaphragm that is reciprocally moved in the axial direction is disposed in a pump body so as to form a liquid chamber between the barrier membrane and an inner wall of the pump body. A suction port and a discharge port are disposed in the inner wall of the pump body. Supply pipes for the two or more kinds of chemical liquids are pipe-connected to an inlet portion of the suction port so as to join together. An outlet portion of the suction port is disposed in a side face of a protruding forward end of a suction check valve which is fixed to protrude from the inner wall of the pump body into the liquid chamber, whereby the outlet portion is opened so as to eject the two or more kinds of chemical liquids toward a circumferential wall in the liquid chamber. This circulating action causes the liquids to be stirred and mixed rapidly and uniformly in the liquid chamber.

It is an object of the invention to, even in the case where liquid containing a sedimenting material such as slurry is used, prevent sedimenting and aggregation from occurring in a pump. In a pipe joint made of resin, a cap nut-like pressing ring is screwed to the outer periphery of a pipe receiving port of a joint body, and presses an inner ring from the outer side of a pipe member as a result of screw advancement toward the joint body. The inner peripheral face of an annular pressing portion of the pressing ring is formed into a straight shape. The inner diameter D of the annular pressing portion is set to be 1.0 to 1.1 times, preferably, 1.01 to 1.05 times the outer diameter d of the pipe member, and the length L of the straight inner peripheral face portion in the axial direction is set to be 0.2 to 1.0 times, preferably, 0.2 to 0.8 times the outer diameter d of the pipe member, whereby the rotational resistance in a process of fastening the pressing ring is reduced, so that the loss of fastening torque can be reduced and a predetermined sealing force and a predetermined slipping off resistance can be ensured.
