Provided are a sensor device and a detection method. The sensor device includes: a light emitting unit transmitting a transmission signal toward a target; a light receiving unit receiving a reflected signal of the transmission signal and generating a binarized signal; a TDC delay line measurement unit and a waveform integration unit generating waveform data indicating temporal changes in the binarized signal and integrating the waveform data to generate integrated waveform data; a stage number calculation unit and a distance conversion unit calculating a near-side distance value and a far-side distance value from intersections of the integrated waveform data and a high threshold value and a low threshold value, respectively; and a determination unit determining whether the target is present on the basis of a distance value calculated from the near-side distance value and the far-side distance value and on the basis of a predetermined distance threshold value.

Sensor device and detection method

The present invention provides a sensor system with which a change in the state of a workpiece which has occurred in a conveyance process can be detennined. The sensor system comprises: a plurality of sensors positioned along a line and measuring data indicating that a workpiece being conveyed upon the line has passed thereby; a plurality of slave units respectively connected to the plurality of sensors and acquiring the data measured by the plurality of sensors; and a master unit connected to the plurality of slave units. The master unit comprises: a storage part for storing the data in association with information which relates to the timing at which the data was measured; and a determination part for comparing the data transmitted from two or more of the plurality of slave units using the information which relates to the timing, and determining a change in the state of the workpiece.

An editing device generates a first public key and a first private key, receives a manuscript data encrypted using the first public key from an ordering device, and decrypts the encrypted manuscript data using the first private key. The editing device generates, based on the manuscript data, print data encrypted using a second public key generated in a RIP processing device, and deletes the first private key after finishing execution of a job. Using a third public key, the editing device encrypts a log which shows an execution process of the job, the log including information that a finish processing has been executed. The editing device may store the first private key before starting execution of the job, and may control whether the job is to be executed, based on a job ID received from the ordering device.

This invention provides an image processing device capable of appropriately generating a synthetic image with an enlarged dynamic range even when a measuring article is moving. A work to be a reference (reference work) is imaged a plurality of times under an exposure condition same as that for generating a synthesized image, and specified regions are registered as reference images from a plurality of input images acquired in the respective imaging processes. In an operation mode, a plurality of input images is acquired by imaging a work a plurality of times under a plurality of exposure conditions, and search processes based on the reference images are executed on the respective input images. A partial image having a predetermined size is extracted from each of the plurality of input images based on each specified position, and an image synthesizing process is executed on the plurality of extracted partial images to generate a synthesized image.

Image processing device

A CPU provides a fluorescent light detecting head with an irradiation instruction, in response to which the fluorescent light detecting head irradiates an ultraviolet ray for detection on an ultraviolet curing resin material to be examined. The CPU then acquires from the fluorescent light detecting head an intensity of a fluorescent light emitted from a photo polymerization initiator included in the ultraviolet curing resin material when receiving the ultraviolet ray for detection. The CPU retrieves a predetermined number of past data of the intensity of the fluorescent light from a storage unit and performs a (moving) average calculation processing to calculate the intensity of the fluorescent light at the current time.
