A vehicle battery mounting structure includes a battery frame that is disposed at a vehicle lower side of a floor panel, and is made from resin; a ductile member that includes a main body joined to the battery frame and a flange contiguously formed at a vehicle width direction outside end of the main body, the flange having a hole, and the ductile member being fastened to a lower face of the floor panel using a fastener inserted through the hole; and a fastening portion that is formed in a region including the hole, having a substantially hat shaped cross-section profile projecting toward a vehicle upper side and having ridge lines on vehicle front-rear direction sides of the region, and the ridge lines being formed with curved or bent shape toward directions heading away from the hole on progression toward a vehicle width direction inside in plan view.

Vehicle battery mounting structure

In a battery frame, an upper panel is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and first reinforcements are made of sheet metal. Head portions of rivets are disposed at the upper panel side, and a diameter dimension of the head portions is set larger than that of caulking portions of the rivets. This enables a contact surface area between the rivets and the upper panel to be larger than in cases in which the caulking portions are disposed at the upper panel side. This enables peripheral edge portions of first joint holes in the upper panel to be supported by the head portions of the rivets over a large surface area. The peripheral edge portions of the first joint holes in the upper panel are thereby suppressed from breaking and the like.

A vehicle battery mounting structure includes: an energy absorption member that is provided at a vehicle body lower side of a floor panel, and that includes a first side wall portion sloping toward a vehicle body upper outside at a vehicle width direction inside of the energy absorption member, as viewed from a vehicle body longitudinal direction; and a battery frame made of resin that is disposed at the vehicle width direction inside of the first side wall portion, that supports a battery, and that includes a second side wall portion sloping toward the vehicle body upper outside at the vehicle width direction outside of the battery frame, as viewed from the vehicle body longitudinal direction, and facing the first side wall portion in the vehicle width direction.

A battery frame including: a battery frame main body made of resin that is disposed at a vehicle body lower side of a floor panel and that supports a battery; and a ductile member made of metal that is integrally provided to the battery frame main body, that is fastened and fixed to a lower face side of the floor panel, and to which the battery is fastened and fixed.

A corrugated plate portion of a core panel is sandwiched between an upper panel and a lower panel, and is formed in a shape in which upwardly-facing concave portions, that open toward a side of the upper panel and extend in a vehicle transverse direction, and downwardly-facing concave portions, that open toward a side of the lower panel and extend in the vehicle transverse direction, are lined-up alternately. The present invention provides a vehicle battery mounting structure including: a lower frame made of fiber-reinforced resin that has a first open portion for water drainage and configures, together with an upper frame, a battery frame that supports a battery; a lower reinforcement made of metal that has a second open portion for water drainage having a smaller open area than the first open portion, the lower reinforcement being joined to the lower frame in a state in which the second open portion is communicated with the first open portion; and an insulating grommet that is formed in the shape of a ring having an upper flange and a lower flange and that is disposed at the lower reinforcement as a result of a peripheral edge portion configuring the second open portion of the lower reinforcement being fitted between the upper flange and the lower flange.

A coil spring of a push-up device for pushing out a fuel lid in an open direction includes a large pitch portion and small pitch portion, which have different pitches. Therefore, when the fuel lid is being closed, the coil spring, which pushes a rod into a case, has an increase rate of an urging force at an initial stroke less than an increase rate of the urging force at a later stroke following the initial stroke.
