An X-ray CT apparatus for obtaining an internal image of a test subject by using X-rays. The X-ray CT apparatus has: an X-ray generator; an X-ray detector; a first casing for enclosing the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector; a test-subject table; a first table transporting mechanism for transporting the test-subject table between a first table position and a second table position, the first table position being a position where the main portion of the test-subject table receives X-rays from the X-ray generator, and the second table position being a position where the main portion of the test-subject table is on the outside of the first casing; and a second table transporting mechanism capable of vertically transporting the test-subject table. The first table transporting mechanism and the second table transporting mechanism operate in association with each other.

X-ray CT apparatus

Small-sized X-ray CT apparatus obtaining a cross-section or 3D image of a sample, using X-rays. Included: an X-ray generating apparatus irradiating X-rays on the sample; an X-ray detecting device detecting X-rays passing through the sample; and a device processing a detection signal from the X-ray detecting device, to re-structure the cross-section or 3D image of the sample; an X-ray shielding member having an opening portion for introducing the sample therein on one end surface and being treated with an X-ray protection process on an entire periphery thereof; and a means rotationally driving the X-ray shielding member, wherein the X-ray generating apparatus and the X-ray detecting device are treated with the X-ray protection process, respectively, and are fixed on a wall surface of the X-ray shielding member at positions opposing to each other, putting an rotation axis thereof therebetween, and thereby constructed with the X-ray shielding member in one body.

There is provided an X-ray composite apparatus capable of performing, with one unit, X-ray CT and element analysis by fluorescent X-rays. The X-ray composite apparatusincludes an X-ray sourcegenerating cone beam X-rays, a sample supportholding a sample S, collimator partsandcapable of narrowing the cone beam X-rays to form parallel X-rays, depending on the intended use, between the X-ray source and the sample support, a two-dimensional detectordetecting the cone beam X-rays transmitted through the sample S, and a fluorescent X-ray detectordetecting fluorescent X-rays radiated from the sample S, and when the apparatus is used for X-ray CT, the apparatus irradiates the sample with the cone beam X-rays, while when the apparatus is used for fluorescent X-ray analysis, the apparatus irradiates the sample S with the parallel X-rays.

X-ray composite apparatus

A magnet is embedded in an outer rotational shaft provided in a bearing hole of a case, and an outer magnetic circuit and an inner magnetic circuit are formed on the outer peripheral surface and inner peripheral surface of the outer rotational shaft, respectively. In a magnetic fluid seal device, magnetic fluid is filled in minute gaps coming in contact with the outer peripheral surface and inner peripheral surface of the outer rotational shaft, and the two rotational shafts can be strongly sealed by the magnetic circuits formed by a magnet. As a result, the rotational shafts can be rotated while supported in a non-contact style. In addition, the dimension can be reduced, and the number of parts can be reduced.

Magnetic fluid sealing device

A rotating shaft is accommodated in a case. A ferromagnetic portion is formed on the rotating shaft, and electromagnets are provided to the case. Many projecting portions are formed so as to be arranged in a direction along which the movement of the rotating shaft is required to be regulated. Furthermore, Many projecting portions are likewise formed on the ferromagnetic portion. According to this construction, magnetic flux occurring in the electromagnets concentrates, so that restoring force occurs in the axial direction with suppressing reduction of the attractive force in a radial direction to the ferromagnetic portion. Therefore, the movement in the axial direction of the rotating shaft can be regulated.

Magnetic levitation actuator

A case (), a rotor () that is freely rotatably supported in the case (), and stators () for rotating the rotor by magnetic force are provided. The stator () contains a core () mounted at the outside of the case (), and a magnetic coil () wound around the core (). An end face of the core () constituting a magnetic pole is formed of at least non-laminate ferromagnetic substance, and exposed to the inner surface of the case () so as to form a part of the inner wall of the case ().
