A member coupling mechanism includes a first member including a cylindrical member coupling portion including a stepped portion inclined along a circumferential direction from a tip end side of the member coupling portion toward a base end side thereof, a second member configured to be coupled to the member coupling portion, and a coupling member configured to be engaged with the stepped portion while holding an end portion of the second member on a first member side. The coupling member is provided with a rotatable cylindrical protrusion protruding toward an outer or inner peripheral surface of the member coupling portion to be engaged with the stepped portion. When the connecting member is rotated in the circumferential direction, the protrusion moves along the stepped portion while rotating to press the first and second members in an approaching direction to couple them.

Member linking mechanism

A gas chromatograph is provided with: a sample gas generator () configured to generate a sample gas from an injected sample; a separation column () fluidly connected to an outlet of the sample gas generator, the separation column () being configured to separate components in the sample gas generated by the sample gas generator (); a detector () fluidly connected to an outlet of the separation column (), the detector () being configured to detect the components separated in the separation column (); a plurality of gas supply sources (A,B) each configured to supply a carrier gas for carrying the sample gas generated by the sample gas generator to the separation column (); a switching unit (A,B) fluidly connected to the plurality of gas supply sources, the switching unit being configured to switch such that one of the plurality of gas supply sources is fluidly connected to the sample gas generator (); a regulator () interposed between the switching unit () and the sample gas generator (), the regulator () being configured to regulate a gas supply pressure from the gas supply source (A,B) and a gas supply flow rate to the sample gas generator (); and a control unit () configured to control an operation of the regulator (), wherein the control unit () is configured such that in a case where the gas supply source fluidly connected to the sample gas generation unit has been changed in order to shift to a standby state capable of performing subsequent sample analysis and that at least a gas type of the carrier gas supplied to the supply gas generation unit () has been changed, the control unit () performs a replacement promotion operation for putting the gas supply pressure, the gas supply flow rate, or a combination thereof to a state different from the standby state to promote a gas replacement in the flow path for the carrier gas.

Gas chromatograph

A gas chromatograph is provided with: a sample gas generator; a separation column; a detector; a plurality of gas supply sources; a switching unit; a regulator; and an out-of-gas determination unit. After the out of gas determination unit has determined that the out of gas has occurred in the gas supply source supplying the carrier gas to the sample gas generator, it is configured to perform a column protection operation for changing the gas supply source fluidly connected to the sample gas generator by the switching unit.

A flow controller having high workability and a gas chromatograph equipped with the same are provided. A carrier gas controller is equipped with a flow path member. The flow path member is equipped with a first portion and a second portion extending horizontally from an upper end portion of the first portion. In the second portion, a gas outlet port is formed. An Hgas controller is equipped with a flow path member. The flow path member is equipped with a first portion and a second portion extending horizontally from an upper end portion of the first portion. In the second portion, a gas outlet port is formed. For this reason, a sufficient working space for the gas outlet port can be secured. Further, a sufficient working space for the gas outlet port can be secured. In other words, the workability with respect to the carrier gas controller and the Hgas controller can be kept high.

Flow controller and gas chromatograph equipped with the same

In a main body of a filter apparatus, an internal space A corresponding to a flow path of gas is formed in an annular shape, and a filter material filled in the internal space A is disposed in an annular shape. For this reason, it is possible to keep a cross-sectional area of the filter material large when compared to a case in which the filter material is disposed in an elongated shape, reduce flow path resistance, and keep a speed (linear velocity) of gas passing through the inside of the filter material low. Further, it is possible to improve capturing efficiency of the filter material. In addition, one end edge of a flow path, and flow paths and are formed at one end of the main body.

Flow controller and gas chromatograph apparatus using the same

A flow controller includes a channel assembly, a pressure sensor, and a pressure control valve. The channel assembly includes a laminated substrate comprised of a plurality of substrates laminated, the laminated substrate having a surface on which a gas inlet and a gas outlet are formed, and having, inside the laminated substrate, a plurality of resistance channels not communicating with one another inside the laminated substrate as internal channels. In the flow controller, the gas inlet and the gas outlet communicate to each other to form a flow rate control channel. The pressure sensor and the pressure control valve are provided on the flow rate control channel. At least one of the resistance channels which is selected to have a desired channel resistance of the flow rate control channel is connected to the flow rate control channel as part of the flow rate control channel.
