A wireless rechargeable solid-state battery module includes a solid-state battery; an internal structure including an internal circuit electrically connected with the battery; positive and negative electrode terminals, each of which is electrically connected with the solid-state battery, is exposed on an outer surface, and is where the positive or negative electrode terminal can be mounted on an electronic circuit board; barrier layers that entirely or partially contain a conductor and isolate the battery and the internal structure from an outside air environment; and a power receiving terminal electrically connected with an external circuit, which includes a power receiving coil coupled with an external electromagnetic or magnetic field, is electrically connected with the internal circuit, and is in an outside of the barrier layers. The power receiving coil converts the external electromagnetic or magnetic field into electrical energy and supplies current to the internal circuit via the power receiving terminal.

Wireless rechargeable solid-state battery module and wireless power supply module

A secondary battery, a wireless charging circuit connected to the secondary battery, an outer casing member that has an outer shape equivalent to an outer shape of a universal battery and accommodates the secondary battery and the wireless changing circuit, and a positive terminal and a negative terminal that are electrically connected to the secondary battery and are provided at positions corresponding to positions of a positive terminal and a negative terminal, respectively, of the universal battery, are provided. The wireless charging circuit includes a power reception protecting circuit that stops power reception at a rectifier circuit in a case where a received voltage exceeds a predetermined voltage range.

Wirelessly chargeable battery

An electronic card includes an electric storage device, a charging circuit, a wireless communication circuit, a processor, an electronic function circuit, a power management circuit, and a wakeup circuit configured to start the power management circuit upon receiving an external trigger. The power management circuit supplies, after being started by the wakeup circuit, power of the electric storage device to the processor and the electronic function circuit. The processor stores, before the start of wireless communication, an operation state or an output result of the electronic function circuit which is obtained by an operation with power of the electric storage device, and causes, after operation processing of the electronic function circuit, the wireless communication circuit to start the wireless communication.

Electronic card

An in-vivo implantable electronic device includes a housing, a power reception coil, and an electronic circuit. The housing is formed of a biocompatible material and forms an internal space sealed. The power reception coil is disposed in the internal space of the housing and receives power by interacting with an electromagnetic field formed by an external electric field or magnetic field, or transmits an electromagnetic wave to the outside. The electronic circuit is disposed in the internal space, is connected to the power reception coil, and performs at least processing of an electric signal. The housing includes a first member in a box shape formed of a biocompatible metal material and having an opening, a second member formed of a biocompatible nonmetal material and having a shape that closes the opening, a packing in an annular shape disposed between the first member and the second member.

In-vivo implantable electronic device

An in-vivo implantable medical device includes a housing, an electronic circuit component, a power reception coil, and a magnetic material. The housing is formed of a biocompatible material and forms an internal space. The electronic circuit component is disposed in the internal space. The power reception coil is disposed in the internal space, interacts with an external electromagnetic field to form an electromagnetic resonance field to receive power. At least part of a region of the housing in which the electromagnetic resonance field is formed is formed of a biocompatible nonmetal material.

In-vivo implantable medical device

A power receiver includes an outer case shaped to house a secondary battery, a power reception coil member disposed in the outer case, and a circuit board disposed in the outer case. On the circuit board, a power reception circuit electrically connected to a coil conductor of the power reception coil member and a charging circuit configured to charge and discharge the secondary battery are provided. The outer case includes a first outer case member near the power reception coil member and a second outer case member forming the outer case in combination with the first outer case member. The first outer case member has, for example, a flat surface, is disposed nearer to an external power transmission coil than the second outer case member, and has a structure with which the coil conductor of the power reception coil member and the power transmission coil can face each other.

Power receiver for wireless power supply system and electronic device

Optical waveguides are provided on a substrate, a thin film whose refractive index is optically less than the refractive indices of the optical waveguides is provided on the surface of the substrate, and a surface-acoustic-wave waveguide is arranged on the thin film so as to cross the optical waveguides in a direction oblique thereto. The optical waveguides are not directly influenced by the location of the SAW waveguide and the phase matching condition of the optical waveguides is not changed, whereby the sidelobe characteristic of an optical filter is not degraded by assigning weights to the SAW intensity.

Acousto-optic filter

An optical spectrum analyzer detects a light output that is dependent on the frequency of light in a wavelength range of light to be measured. The optical spectrum analyzer includes a waveguide acousto-optic tunable filter including a piezoelectric substrate, optical waveguides, and an IDT, a light source for providing, to the waveguide acousto-optic tunable filter, reference light having a particular wavelength outside the wavelength range, a driving circuit for providing, to the waveguide acousto-optic tunable filter, a high frequency signal for exciting an IDT, and an arithmetic device that, on the basis of the wavelength of selected light when reference light is incident, and an exciting frequency, corrects the wavelength of the selected light, which is obtained from the light to be measured.
