A fuse includes: an element including a plurality of narrow portions each of which becomes a starting point of fusion cutting; a pair of terminals connected by the element; and a case housing the element, in which the element has a curved surface, and is disposed in a tube shape.

Fuse

A first land and a first ground pattern generate a first parasitic capacitance CLAND by capacitive coupling with a first insulating layer interposed therebetween. Then, the first parasitic capacitance CLAND is defined as a predetermined capacitance that suppresses an impedance of a via part from changing due to a change in an inductance component of the via part with respect to a first transmission line. As a result, it is possible to match the impedance of the via part with a impedance of the first transmission line by adjusting the first parasitic capacitance CLAND caused by the first land and the first ground pattern. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the transmission characteristics of the multilayer substrate from deteriorating without requiring the disposition of cavities such as through holes in the multilayer substrate.

Multilayer substrate

A jet flow generation device includes: a discharge electrode; a reference electrode that is disposed away from the discharge electrode; a power supply circuit that generates an output voltage to control a potential difference between the discharge electrode and the reference electrode; a controller that switches the output voltage of the power supply circuit between a first voltage that does not induce corona discharge between the discharge electrode and the reference electrode and a second voltage that induces corona discharge between the discharge electrode and the reference electrode; and a case housing at least the reference electrode has an injection port that injects an ion wind of ions generated by the corona discharge.

An electric power converter apparatus incorporates a plurality of electric power converter circuits having respective output terminals connected in common, with output power being produced from the common output terminals. Each converter circuit uses an identical switching frequency, in executing power conversion based on PWM control of switching by a plurality of switching elements. The switching operations of the respective converter circuits mutually differ in phase, by an amount determined in accordance with the currently applied PWM duty ratio. The phase difference value is predetermined for minimizing the amplitude of specific harmonic frequency components of a ripple current component in the output current from the apparatus.

An in-vehicle antenna device includes: a dielectric element having a front surface, first and second side surfaces and a rear surface and including a power supply point on both the first and second side surfaces, a first conductive surface on the first side surface, a second conductive surface on the second side surface, and a third conductive surface on the rear surface; and an antenna element including a base element coupled with the power supply point at one corner of the front surface and a branch element connected to the base element and having an end. A part of the branch element moves apart from one of the first and second conductive surfaces as it goes from the base element to the one end of the branch element. The front surface is attached to a windshield of a vehicle.

In-vehicle antenna device

A jet pump is disclosed through which a liquid flows. The jet pump includes a jet nozzle including an injection port for injecting the liquid. The jet pump also includes a throat pipe including a throat passage that extends linearly. The throat pipe includes a downstream side with an open part, and the liquid injected from the injection port flows into the throat passage. The liquid in the throat passage forms a liquid seal across a cross section of the throat passage to generate negative pressure, which introduces the liquid into the throat passage.

Jet pump

An antenna module includes a substrate; a ground element disposed on the substrate; a first antenna element disposed on the substrate; and a second antenna element disposed on the substrate. The first antenna element and the second antenna element are, respectively, capable of transmitting radio waves having a first polarization direction and a second polarization direction unparallel to each other. A spacing between a perimeter of the ground element and the first antenna element increases as a function of increasing distance from the second antenna element. A spacing between the perimeter of the ground element and the second antenna element increases as a function of increasing distance from the first antenna element.

Antenna module

A fuel pump for an internal combustion engine that transmits fuel with pressure by a lifting movement of a plunger that is caused to lift by a movement of a cam includes a lift amount changing mechanism. The lift amount changing mechanism includes a cam in which a height of a projection is varied along an axial direction of the camshaft, and a cam moving actuator that moves the cam along the axial direction of the camshaft. The lift amount of the plunger is changed by moving the cam along the axial direction of the camshaft. An amount of discharged fuel is controlled by changing the amount of discharged fuel per stroke of the plunger and is not determined only based upon the rotation speed of the engine. Therefore, the amount of discharged fuel can be increased with the engine rotated at a low speed, for example when the engine is being initially started, to improve a starting performance.
