A speed reducer used for a wind power generation facility includes a two-stage reduction mechanism of at least a front stage reduction mechanism and a rear stage reduction mechanism; a coupling that is arranged between the front stage reduction mechanism and the rear stage reduction mechanism and has a torque limiter mechanism which does not transfer a torque exceeding a predetermined value; and an oil seal that partitions and seals a space where the front stage reduction mechanism is accommodated and a space where the coupling is accommodated. The front stage reduction mechanism is separable from the coupling in a sealed state by the oil seal.

Speed reducer used for wind power generation facility

A power transmission device which transmits power between a first member and a second member, the first member has a hollow portion, the first member and the second member are fitted to each other by interference fitting by setting the external diameter of the second member so as to have a slightly larger size than the internal diameter of the hollow portion of the first member, and the surface of at least one of an inner periphery of the hollow portion of the first member and an outer periphery of the second member is subjected to a surface treatment in which slipping occurs when an excessive torque exceeding a predetermined value is applied, and the slipping stops and the original torque transmission to be performed in the power transmission device is performed again between the first member and the second member when the excessive torque is eliminated.

Power transmission device and joint unit of power transmission device

The output gear-equipped reduction device has an output flange for taking out rotation reduced by a reduction mechanism, an output shaft provided on the output flange and having a smaller diameter than the output flange, and an output gear provided on the output shaft and having an addendum circle greater than the diameter of the output shaft. The output flange, the output shaft, and the output gear are integrally formed as an output flange section, an output shaft section, and an output gear section of a single output member in that order in the axial direction with the above-stated dimensional relationship maintained. The integral output member is supported at the output shaft section by a casing via bearing means.

Output gear-equipped reduction device and method of assembling the same

The power transmission device has an internally meshing planetary gear mechanism that has an input shaft, an eccentric body provided on the input shaft, an externally toothed gear eccentrically oscillating via the eccentric body, and an internally toothed gear with which the externally toothed gear internally meshes. The externally toothed gear is assembled to the internally toothed gear in an interference fit.

Power transmission device and method of producing the same

A reducer having an inner gearing planetary gear speed reduction mechanism is provided, which costs low and can be easily installed. A driving device is provided with a planetary gear speed reduction mechanism having an internal gear and an external gear which internally meshes with the internal gear. The planetary gear speed reduction mechanism makes one of the internal gear and the external gear (the external gear in the drawing) rotate on its axis with an oscillating movement in accordance with a rotation of an input shaft.

Reducer

An electric rotating machine has a rotor, a stator and a casing. A planetary roller mechanism constituted by a sun roller, a planet roller, a ring roller and a carrier is provided within the rotor so as to transmit the driving force of the rotor to the outside from a power shaft. Oil is sealed within the rotor or the casing. The planetary roller mechanism may be provided within the casing or at the outside of the rotor and, in this case, oil is sealed within the casing.

Electric rotating machine

A series of electric valve drive units is provided, which can set up rotational efficiency and anti-counter-rotating function of a valve. In a series of electric valve drive units which can drive a valve body via reduction gears, at least one gear mechanism of the reduction gears is provided with an eccentric wobbling inscribed gear type of a planetary gear mechanism which has an input shaft, an external gear eccentrically and wobbly rotating about the input shaft, an internal gear engaged with the external gear, and a carrier absorbing a wobbling ingredient of the external gear. At least two types of valve drive units are supplied, one of which places prime importance on the anti-counter-rotating function, and the other places prime importance on the rotational efficiency.

Series of motors with speed reducers

A compact conveyor drive system which prevents resonance-induced noise and vibration caused by a polygonal motion observed in transmission gearing. The conveyor belt of the conveyor is driven through a chain trained over a driven sprocket mounted to the shaft of a drum and a drive sprocket on the side of a motor. The drive system is a motor built-in reducer, and a simple planetary roller mechanism is employed for the reducer. This enables the diameter of the sprockets to be made smaller. The motor generates lower vibration, while providing sufficient torque.

Conveyor drive system and motor built-in reducer therefor

A conveyor roller drive device is provided to mechanically prevent conveyed goods from falling down on a conveyor system. The conveyor roller drive device includes a power generator for generating rotational power and a coupling portion which is coupled to a conveyor roller. A traction roller transmission mechanism is disposed in the rotational power transmission path between the power generator and the coupling portion. The traction roller transmission mechanism includes a sun roller, planetary rollers disposed on the periphery of the sun roller to roll in contact with the sun roller, a ring roller for allowing the planetary rollers to roll in contact with the inner periphery surface of the ring roller, and a carrier being in phase with the revolution component of the planetary rollers. Any one of the sun roller, the ring roller, and the carrier is employed as an input element for receiving rotational power, another one employed as an output element for outputting the rotational power, and the remaining one employed as a fixed element.

Conveyor roller drive device and drive roller assembly

A belt-type door opening and closing drive apparatus is provided, which can reduce the noise and dimensions thereof and make full use of the mechanical safety function in the event of an accident. The belt-type door opening and closing drive apparatus allows the output of a motor unit to drive a belt (timing belt), thereby opening and closing the door of an elevator cage or the like. Between the motor unit and the timing belt, interposed are planetary roller mechanisms for transmitting power by the mutual rotation of sun rollers, a plurality of planetary rollers supported rotatably by carriers and circumscribing the sun rollers, and ring rollers inscribed by the planetary rollers. The planetary roller mechanism receives the output from the motor unit and the output from the planetary roller mechanism is transmitted to the timing belt.

Belt-type door opening and closing drive apparatus

A geared motor in which user needs for change gear ratios are met with flexibility and reliability, and an increase in noise is suppressed. The geared motor comprises a motor unit and a change gear unit for transmitting rotational power from this motor unit in combination. A simple planetary roller unit including a simple planetary roller mechanism and a casing for accommodating this simple planetary roller mechanism is interposed between the change gear unit and the motor unit. The simple planetary roller mechanism has a sun roller, planetary rollers, and a ring roller. Flange portions spreading outward in the radial directions of the sun roller are formed on both axial ends of the casing. One of the flange portions is coupled to the motor unit, and the other is to the change gear unit. Moreover, the geared motor is configured so that rotational power from the motor unit is transmitted to the change gear unit through the simple planetary roller unit.

Geared motor and geared motor series

A frictional transmission apparatus comprising a simple planetary roller mechanism and a brake mechanism, the simple planetary roller mechanism having friction rollers including a sun roller, a planetary roller, and a ring roller. Static friction torque Y obtainable from the brake mechanism is set to fall within the range of 0.1Xd<Y<0.7Xd, where Xd is the value of test torque at which any of the friction rollers starts to make sliding rotations when the test torque is input in gradually increasing values to the sun roller with a carrier and the ring roller fixed stationary. Besides, a squeezing force from the ring roller is set so that Xd, critical test torque, falls within the range of 1.4-10.0 times static friction torque Y of the brake mechanism. The static friction torque Y and the critical test torque Xd are otherwise set to satisfy Y<Xd, as well as dynamic friction torque Ys obtainable from the brake mechanism at a rated revolution speed and limit transmission toque Xs of the simple planetary roller mechanism with the sun roller rotating at the rated revolution speed are set to satisfy 0.65Ys<Xs <3.4Ys.

Frictional planetary roller mechanism and brake

A geared motor comprising a reduction gear unit of oscillating internal meshing planetary gear structure type and a motor unit coupled to each other, the reduction gear unit having a first shaft and a second shaft located on its center axis L, external gears and being fitted on the outer periphery of the first shaft so as to be capable of oscillating rotations, an internal gear with which the external gears mesh internally being provided concentrically with the first shaft, the second shaft being coupled to the external gears via means for extracting the rotational components of the external gears. A simple planetary roller mechanism for transmitting rotational power by means of the friction between rollers is interposed between the reduction gear unit and the motor unit to reduce the vibration and noise levels greatly.

Driving apparatus

A shaft coupling structure configured to maintain and exert inherent functions as well as to utilize surrounding empty space unused to provide its own speed change function. The shaft coupling structure includes a first shaft and a second shaft coaxially opposed to each other, and a member having a shaft insertion hole to which the first shaft and the second shaft are inserted at the vicinities of their shaft ends, rotational power transmission between the shafts being effected by the member. The member is divided into first-shaft side and second-shaft side so as to form a first transmission member and a second transmission member, respectively. A plurality of planetary rollers and a ring roller are arranged around the first transmission member. The plurality of planetary rollers making rolling contact with the inner periphery of the ring roller. The ring roller is engaged with an external non-rotational member for rotational restraint. Moreover, the second transmission member is configured to support the plurality of planetary rollers rotatably. Then, the second transmission member makes rotation integral with the revolution of the planetary rollers around the first transmission member.
