A door moving apparatus includes a motor unit, a first gear, a second gear, an endless belt, a drum, and a rotator. The first gear is mounted on a rotary shaft of the motor unit. The second gear includes a diameter larger than a diameter of the first gear and teeth more than the first gear. The endless belt passes over the first gear and the second gear. A rotary power of the second gear is transmitted to the drum via a rotary power transmission mechanism. The rotator is configured to reduce a separation of the endless belt from a preset running path.

Door movement device

A stator of a brushless motor includes: a stator core; a coil that is formed by winding a conducting wire around the stator core; a connecting terminal that is electrically connected to an end portion of the coil; and a terminal fixing base that has an electrical insulation property, is attached to an end portion of the stator core on one side in an axial direction thereof, and fixes the connecting terminal. The connecting terminal includes a fixing portion that is fixed to the terminal fixing base, an outward projecting portion that extends from the fixing portion toward outside in a radial direction than the stator core, and a joining portion that overlaps with the outward projecting portion in the axial direction and is positioned outside the stator core in the radial direction. The joining portion is opened outward in the radial direction.

A non-contact type displacement sensor is provided with a housing, a rotational shaft being in an approximately cylindrical hollow shape, a magnetic circuit forming member disposed in an inner space of the rotational shaft, and a magnetic sensing element supported by a housing so as to be positioned on a central axis of the rotational shaft in a space enclosed by the magnetic circuit forming member, wherein the magnetic sensing element is not displaced.

Non-contact type displacement sensor apparatus

A contact-type displacement sensor for detecting a displacement of an object to be detected based on a change in a resistance value includes a resistor having a surface to be slid, a slider which slides on the surface to be slid in a predetermined direction in accordance with a displacement of the object to be detected, and an irregular pattern formed on the surface to be slid and including convex portions and concave portions continuously formed along a direction crossing or perpendicular to a sliding direction of the slider.

Displacement sensor

A position sensor including a rotational shaft (7), a plurality of brushes (13, 15, 17, 19) supported by the rotational shaft (7), a housing (3), a printed circuit board (21) fixed to the housing (3), a main conductor (M) provided on the printed circuit board (21) and contacting with the brushes (13, 15, 17, 19) for generating a primary signal in accordance with which a predetermined number of positions has been attained by the rotational shaft (7), and a subordinate conductor (S) provided on the circuit board (21) and contacting with the brushes (13, 15, 17, 19) for generating a secondary signal in accordance with the which a predetermined number of positions has been attained by the rotational shaft (7). The secondary signal keeps the same voltage level around a predetermined position. According to the present invention, the predetermined position of the rotational shaft (7) may be detected accurately. Further, the cost of the position sensor may be reduced.

Position sensor

A compact-size variable resistance device has a terminal for electrical connection to an external device, a resistor that slidingly contacts with a brush, and connecting parts formed of an electro-conductive resin containing a thermoplastic resin. The electro-conductive resin connecting parts readily make reliable electrical interconnection of the terminal and the resistor when the connecting parts are joined by, for example, ultrasonic bonding.

Variable resistance device

A variable resistor includes a first housing, a second housing formed of resin and having a connector part and a circuit board whose surface has an electrode and a resistance pattern thereon. A metallic terminal is molded in the second housing as one body and a brush is mounted on a moving member and is disposed in sliding engagement with the resistance pattern. An end of the terminal is in contact with the electrode on the surface of the circuit board and the other end of the terminal is disposed in the connector part.
