An electronic device may include a housing, a first frame disposed inside the housing and including a first surface, a second frame forming an internal space by being coupled with the first frame, and including a second surface opposed to the first surface, a speaker disposed in the internal space and including at least one voice coil, and a battery disposed on a side of the second frame. The second frame may include at least one frame hole, and a ratio μ/μ0 of a magnetic permeability to a vacuum permeability of at least one of a material of the first frame or a material of the second frame may be equal to or greater than 1000.

According to various embodiments of the disclosure, an electronic device may includes a housing, a speaker module disposed inside the housing, a microphone module disposed inside the housing, and a support member including a speaker hole, a speaker support section having the speaker module disposed on a first surface thereof, and a microphone support section having the microphone module disposed on a second surface thereof opposite to the first surface. The microphone module may be disposed to be spaced apart from the speaker hole.

An electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure may include: a battery including an anode having a first length and a cathode having a second length different from the first length, a flexible printed circuit board electrically connected to the battery and surrounding at least part of a side surface of the battery, and a speaker stacked with the battery. The flexible printed circuit board may include a power wiring electrically connected to the anode and a ground wiring electrically connected to the cathode. A first current of a first winding direction generated due to a length difference between the cathode and the anode may flow in the battery, and a second current of a second winding direction opposite to the first winding direction may flow in a wiring disposed closer to the speaker between the power wiring and the ground wiring.

A chip ejector may include an ejector body and a pushing mechanism, the ejector body may include first vacuum holes, an opening and at least one second vacuum hole, the first vacuum holes may fix a film having at least one semiconductor chip using a vacuum, the opening may be formed under the semiconductor chip, the second vacuum hole may be arranged around the opening to provide a portion of the film under an edge portion of a lower surface of the semiconductor chip with the vacuum, the pushing mechanism may be lifted in the ejector body through the opening to lift up the semiconductor chip and the film, thus, a sufficiently strong downward force may be applied to the portion of the film under the edge portion of the lower surface of the semiconductor chip to readily delaminate the semiconductor chip having a thin thickness from the film.

The electronic device further includes a housing, a battery comprising a first surface, a second surface, and a third surface, a first electrode disposed in the first surface and a second electrode disposed in the second surface, a first electrode tap, a second electrode tap, and a printed circuit board connecting the first electrode tap to the second electrode tap of the battery on the third surface. Soldering parts are formed on a first surface of the printed circuit board to connect an end of the first electrode tap to a first contact portion of the printed circuit board and an end of the second electrode tap to a second contact portion of the printed circuit board, respectively. A solder flow control member is formed on a second surface of the printed circuit board.

Various other embodiments are possible.
