Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a display device, as disposing a clock signal line on an area overlapping with an area where a gate circuit is disposed on a non-active area of a display panel, a gate driving circuit can be disposed on the non-active area while minimizing an increase of the non-active area. Furthermore, as disposing the clock signal line by using metal layers that a first metal layer with a low resistance and a second metal layer with a high reflectance are stacked, the clock signal line disposed on the non-active area and a pixel electrode disposed on an active area can be implemented as a same layer, the clock signal line disposed on the gate circuit can be implemented while reducing the number of masks.

The electroluminescent display includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of data lines and a driver integrated circuit connected to the data line through a channel terminal. The driver integrated circuit includes a data voltage generator configured to generate a data voltage to be supplied to the pixel, a first switch connected between the channel terminal and the data voltage generator, a sensor configured to sense electrical characteristics of the pixel, and a second switch connected between the channel terminal and the sensor.

Disclosed is an organic light emitting display in which a sensing period during which the source voltage of the driving TFT is raised toward a data voltage applied to a gate electrode of the driving TFT in order to compensate a change in mobility of the driving TFT, a first gate signal is maintained at an ON level and a second gate signal is maintained at an OFF level, and the first and second gate signals are maintained at an OFF level in a light emission period following the sensing period; and a first falling time of the first gate signal and a second falling time of the second gate signal, which indicate a period of time required to change from the ON level to the OFF level, are set to be longer than a predetermined reference value, respectively.
