A backlight unit and a display device are disclosed. There may be provided a backlight unit and a display device with enhanced light absorption of light of an absorption wavelength band and enhanced color gamut, by including a color conversion layer (or color conversion film) for converting the wavelength band of the light emitted from a light source and a light absorption layer (or light absorption film) for absorbing light of a specific absorption wavelength band, in an area adjacent the light source.

A color conversion plate and a display device are disclosed. Since a color conversion plate including a color conversion area and a transmissive area separated by a reflection barrier rib is in the path where light is supplied to the color filter, efficiency and purity of light supplied to the color filter is enhanced and the color gamut of the light emitted to the outside of the display device through the color filter is also enhanced.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a color conversion sheet, a backlight unit, and a display device, in which a color conversion sheet realizing white light from blue light includes a green reflection filter positioned between a green color conversion layer and a red color conversion layer, thereby independently exciting the green light and the red light and increasing the amount of green light supplied to the display panel while preventing the green light from being excited into red light. Therefore, it is possible to increase the brightness of white light supplied through the color conversion sheet and provide a backlight unit with improved luminance efficiency.

Both image display and audio output can be enabled using a single device. Audio is output using a plurality of light-emitting audio devices disposed in a plurality of subpixels, respectively. An increase in the thickness of the display device due to integrate with a audio function can be minimized. A variety of audio output functions are provided by driving the light-emitting audio devices according to areas.

A piezoelectric device includes: a first piezoelectric unit including a vibration-generating layer configured to vibrate at an input frequency based on a sound signal corresponding to the input frequency, and a second piezoelectric unit including: an air gap in the first piezoelectric unit, the air gap having a certain volume, and an air path connecting the air gap to an outer portion of the vibration-generating layer, the air path being configured to output a vibration.
