This application relates to a battery pack. In one aspect, the battery pack includes at least one battery cell, a heat transfer piece arranged on the battery cell at a position spaced apart from a charge-discharge path, and a circuit board including a lead portion coupled to the heat transfer piece and a main body connected to the lead portion. The circuit board is configured to acquire temperature information from the at least one battery cell. The battery pack further includes a temperature sensor arranged on the lead portion, a moisture-proof layer provided on the temperature sensor and configured to block penetration of external substances onto the temperature sensor, and an anti-shock layer provided on the moisture-proof layer and configured to absorb external shock. The battery pack is configured to accurately detect the temperature of the at least one battery cell and has a temperature sensing structure improved for reliably protecting the temperature sensor.

Battery pack

A battery pack includes: a plurality of battery cells; a battery management system to acquire state information and control charge-discharge operations; a wiring board through which the state information is transmitted to the battery management system, the wiring board including conductive lines for transmitting different electrical signals; and a connector including a connector terminal coupled to the conductive lines and a connector housing accommodating the connector terminal, the connector being coupled to a mating connector of the battery management system, wherein the connector terminal includes a bottom plate accommodating the conductive lines, and barrels protruding upward from the bottom plate and configured to be compressed onto the conductive lines while surrounding the conductive lines, and first and second embossments on the bottom plate and the barrels of the connector terminal, the first and second embossments protruding toward the conductive lines.

A battery pack includes battery cells arranged in a first direction, a wiring board collecting state information about the battery cells, and a sensing portion including an input port through which the state information about the battery cells is input, an output port coupled to the wiring board and through which the state information about the battery cells is output, and a connection portion between the input and output ports. The connection portion extends in a curved shape with portions spaced apart from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction. Damage or dielectric breakdown of a conductive line transmitting signals relating to the state information about the battery cells may be prevented, and accumulation of stress in the conductive line or an insulating film may be prevented, because the conductive line or the insulating film is flexibly deformed in response to swelling of the battery cells.
