A transparent display panel and a transparent display device including the same are disclosed. A transparent display panel includes a substrate having a display region including a plurality of light-emitting regions and a plurality of transmissive regions; and a plurality of line regions disposed over the substrate and extending across the display region, wherein an outer contour of each of the transmissive regions is at least partially curved or wherein each of the transmissive regions has a polygonal shape, and all internal angles of the polygon shape are obtuse. Thus, parallel regularity and periodicity of array of transmissive regions are avoided wherein a haze value is reduced by reducing or minimizing occurrence of light diffraction, and thus, clarity or visibility of an image is improved.

Transparent display panel and transparent display device including the same

A display device includes a display panel in which a plurality of active areas including a first active area and a second active area is defined. The device includes a plurality of sub-pixels disposed in each of the plurality of active areas, and a gate driver disposed on the plurality of active areas. Each of the plurality of sub-pixels includes a first light-emitting diode (LED) that emits light in response to a driving current and a first lens that refracts the light emitted from the first LED and a second LED that emits light in response to the driving current and a second lens that refracts the light emitted from the second LED and has a different shape from the first lens. Accordingly, the device can operate in any one of a private mode and a share mode by using the first lens and the second lens.

Light-emitting display device

A transparent display device is disclosed, which may reduce a yellowish phenomenon in a non-display area. The transparent display device comprises a substrate provided with a display area in which a plurality of subpixels are disposed, and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, a gate driver provided in the non-display area over the substrate, including a plurality of stages, a metal line provided between the gate driver and the display area, and a trench provided between the metal line and the display area.

Transparent display device

A transparent display panel and a transparent display device including the same are disclosed. The transparent display panel includes a display region and a non-display region. The display region includes a plurality of light-emitting regions, a plurality of transmissive regions, a plurality of line regions spaced from each other and arranged in one direction, and a plurality of pixel circuit regions electrically connected to the light-emitting regions respectively to drive the light-emitting regions. Alternately-arranged adjacent line regions include alternately-arranged adjacent VSS voltage connection line and VDD voltage connection line, respectively. Thus, a new pixel arrangement structure that may increase or maximize a transparent area of a bezel and reduce or minimize a haze value without reducing transmittance of the display region may be realized.

Transparent display panel and transparent display device including the same for slimmed bezel

In a transparent display panel, a GIP region acts as a transmissive region, thereby increasing or maximizing a transmissive area in the GIP region. To this end, a line for VSS voltage application is disposed in a display region. Thus, a non-transparent thick line for applying the VSS voltage is not disposed in an upper portion of a GIP circuit region. Thus, a transparent bezel in which the GIP region acts as the transmissive region is implemented. Further, a GIP input signal line region and a GIP output signal line region constitute different layers, thereby to maximize a spacing between GIP input signal lines, resulting in increasing or maximizing a transmissive area in the GIP circuit region.

A transparent display panel has an auxiliary electrode region including a partition wall whose a width of a top face is larger than that of a bottom face thereof. The auxiliary electrode region is disposed on a line region within a display region. A second electrode of an organic light-emitting element and a VSS voltage connection line is electrically connected to each other via an auxiliary electrode, such that electrical resistance of the second electrode as a transparent electrode is reduced. Further, the auxiliary electrode region is formed on each of a plurality of line regions respectively including VSS voltage connection lines extending across the display region. Thus, a current is fed to each pixel in the display region in a smooth manner, such that luminance distribution across the panel is uniform.

A transparent display panel and a transparent display device including the same are disclosed. In a transparent display panel, a VSS voltage line does not surround an outer periphery of a display region. Rather, upper and lower VSS voltage lines respectively disposed on upper and lower sides to the display region are electrically connected to each other via at least one VSS voltage connection line extending across the display region. Thus, left and right non-transparent and thick VSS voltage lines disposed on the left and right sides to the display region may be omitted. Thus, a transparent region of the transparent display panel and a bezel of a transparent display device may be increased or maximized or the bezel thereof may be made slim.

In a transparent display panel, a layer of each of a VSS voltage connection line and a VDD voltage connection line as a power line in a display region is different from a layer of a data line and a reference voltage connection line, while each of the VSS voltage connection line and the VDD voltage connection line partially overlaps the data line and the reference voltage connection line. Thus, an overall width of a line region may be reduced. Thus, an area of a pixel circuit region is reduced, such that an area of a transmissive region increases, thereby to increase an overall transmittance of the panel. Further, a width of each of the VSS voltage connection line and the VDD voltage connection line is large while reducing or minimizing an area of the line region in the display region. This reduces or minimizes occurrence of VDD drop or VSS rise, thereby to reduce luminance non-uniformity of the panel.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a transparent touch display device, and more particularly, to a transparent display device including a touch electrode having a low reflection structure. The touch electrode having the low reflection structure may include a mesh type sensor metal formed a plurality of openings, a sensor transmission layer on the sensor metal, and a sensor auxiliary metal on the sensor transmission layer. Part of the incident light incident on the upper surface of the sensor auxiliary metal is reflected from the upper surface of the sensor auxiliary metal, and another part of the incident light incident on the upper surface of the sensor auxiliary metal is reflected from the upper surface of the sensor metal after passing through the sensor auxiliary metal and the sensor transmission layer.

Transparent touch display device

A transparent display panel and a transparent display device including the same, including a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of pixel regions disposed in a matrix. The pixel region is configured by a plurality of sub pixels and includes transmission areas, circuit areas, and a plurality of emission areas which overlap with a part of the transmission areas and the circuit areas.

Various embodiments relate to an EM signal control circuit, an EM signal control method, and an organic light emitting display device. The EM signal control circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes additional elements (e.g., a transistor and a capacitor) configured to separate a set signal from a gate electrode of a transistor coupled to an output node and to stably keep turn-off of a transistor coupled to the output node. Voltage levels of a first emission power source and a first gate power source may be set differently from each other according to the present invention. Therefore, despite of a threshold voltage change of a transistor coupled to an output node, the transistor may remain turned off stably, thereby improving the reliability of the EM signal.
