A method includes provisioning, by a cloud provisioning server, a first instance based on a template. The template belongs to a tenant, and the first instance includes one of an instantiated software and an instantiated computing service. The method also includes determining a prefix. The determined prefix is shared by a second instance that is also provisioned based on the template of the tenant. The method also includes generating a name for the first provisioned instance. The generated name includes the determined prefix.

Generating and managing names of instances

A method includes configuring, by a cloud provisioning server, a first cloud domain. The first cloud domain and a second cloud domain use at least one of the same operating system and the same system resource pool. The method also includes configuring a tenant within the first cloud domain. The tenant is isolated from tenants of the second cloud domain. Resources used by the configured tenant are not shared with tenants of the second cloud domain.

Configuring and naming of cloud provisioning entities

A cognitive meeting assistant facility is provided for assisting a moderator in an online meeting. The cognitive meeting assistant facility automatically categorizes chat questions of participants of the online meeting based on content into multiple categories of chat questions. Further, the cognitive meeting assistant facility deploys the multiple categories of chat questions for display to the participants of the online meeting. The deploying includes, for each category of the at least one category of chat questions, providing a category-applicable answer for display to the participants of the online meeting in association with that category of chat questions.

The method also includes performing the at least one action of the provisioned instance.

A method includes configuring, by a cloud provisioning server, a first user identity to execute a provisioning to provision an instance. The instance to be provisioned includes one of an instantiated software resource and a computing service. The provisioning is executed under the first user identity, and the second user identity has provided approval of the provisioning.

An example method includes pulling a preliminary update for the workflow from a data source and modifying the workflow dynamically. The method further includes selecting a workflow step, and pulling updated information from the data source and modifying the workflow step dynamically. Further, the method includes retrieving, from the data source, first results information, indicative of results of executing the updated workflow step by other users, and based on the first results information, executing the updated workflow step. The method further includes accumulating a second results information based on the execution of the workflow step. Further, the execution includes pushing the second results information to the data source upon completion of the workflow step.
