Carriers may be adapted, or configured, to allow devices received thereby to move towards and away from an interface end region. When devices are positioned proximate the interface end region of the carriers, interfaces of the devices may be presented by the carriers for operable coupling to an enclosure. When devices are positioned away from the interface end region of the carriers, interface adapters may be coupled to the interfaces of the devices, which may present a different interface for operable coupling to an enclosure.

Device carriers

A fan assembly includes a fan module having a plurality of mounting openings, a housing partially surrounding the fan module, and a plurality of dampers that extend through the plurality of mounting openings to couple the fan module to the housing.

Low profile fan assemblies

Carriers may be adapted, or configured, to secure one of a plurality of varying-sized devices received thereby. Regardless of the size of the device, an interface of the device may be positioned proximate an interface opening of the carrier for, for example, operable coupling to an enclosure. The carrier may include a first side rail, a second side rail, and a movable rail that moves between the first and second side rail to adapt, or configure, the carrier to secure the one of the plurality of varying-sized devices received thereby. For example, the movable rail may be linearly translatable between the first and second side rails.

Adjustable carrier

A loader assembly includes a base, a moveable lock, a lower lock, and an upper lock. The base has a top side, a bottom side, a leading edge, and a trailing edge. The moveable lock is configured to move with respect to the base, and the moveable lock includes a tip portion configured to engage a storage media carrier. The lower lock extends from the top side of the base near the leading edge. And, the upper lock extends from the top side near the trailing edge.

A valve having a valve body with a first end, a second end, a longitudinal axis extending between the first end and the second end, and an inclined sliding surface having a longitudinal slot therein. The valve also includes a tubular member with walls defining a passageway extending through the valve body from the first end to the second end; and a slidable member mounted on the valve body and moveable between a first position and a second position. The slidable member is adapted to urge walls of the tubular member towards mutual contact when moved from the first position to the second position.
