An integrated circuit device includes: a semiconductor substrate set at a substrate potential; a rectifier circuit that rectifies an AC voltage by a rectifier element provided at the semiconductor substrate and outputs a rectified voltage; a BGR circuit which is provided at the semiconductor substrate and generates a reference voltage based on the rectified voltage, and a regulator that regulates the rectified voltage based on the reference voltage output by the BGR circuit and outputs a regulated voltage. In a plan view of the semiconductor substrate, the regulator is disposed between the rectifier circuit and the BGR circuit.

Integrated circuit device

An integrated circuit device includes: a semiconductor substrate set at a substrate potential; a rectifier circuit that rectifies an AC voltage by a rectifier element provided at the semiconductor substrate and outputs a rectified voltage; and a BGR circuit provided at the semiconductor substrate and generates a reference voltage based on the rectified voltage. The BGR circuit includes an operational amplifier having a first input terminal and a second input terminal, a diode element provided between the first input terminal and a substrate potential node, a resistor and a diode element provided in series between the second input terminal and the substrate potential node, a capacitor provided between the first input terminal and the substrate potential node, and a capacitor provided between the second input terminal and the substrate potential node.

A rectifier circuit includes: a first input line to which a first alternating-current voltage is supplied and that is wired along a first direction; a second input line to which a second alternating-current voltage is supplied and that is wired along the first direction on a second direction side of the first input line; a first output line that is configured to output a first rectified voltage and is wired along the second direction; a second output line that is configured to output a second rectified voltage and is wired along the second direction on a first direction side of the first output line; a first rectifier element that is arranged corresponding to an intersection of the first input line and the first output line; a second rectifier element that is arranged corresponding to an intersection of the second input line and the first output line; a third rectifier element that is arranged corresponding to an intersection of the first input line and the second output line; and a fourth rectifier element that is arranged corresponding to an intersection of the second input line and the second output line.

Rectifier circuit and power reception control device

A power supply circuit includes a charge system circuit and a discharge system circuit. The charge system circuit charges a battery based on power received by a power receiving unit. The discharge system circuit supplies power to a power supply target device based on a battery voltage from the battery. The discharge system circuit includes a power supply circuit and a power-off setting circuit. The power supply circuit supplies power to the power supply target device based on the battery voltage. The power-off setting circuit sets the power supply circuit to a power-off state when it is detected that a non-input state of the battery voltage to the discharge system circuit is changed to an input state of the battery voltage to the discharge system circuit, and releases the power-off state after the power receiving unit starts receiving power.

Provided is a charge and discharge control apparatus including: a first power supply circuit configured to supply power to a power supply target based on received power; a charging circuit configured to charge a charging target based on received power; a second power supply circuit configured to supply power to the power supply target based on discharge power output from the charging target; and a control unit configured to control operations of the first power supply circuit and the second power supply circuit, wherein when a voltage of the charging target is lower than a predetermined value, the control unit causes the first power supply circuit to supply power to the power supply target.

An integrated circuit includes: an over-discharge detection circuit that is supplied with electric power from a secondary battery, and is configured to detect whether or not the secondary battery is in an over-discharged state, and upon detecting that the secondary battery is in an over-discharged state over a predetermined period, stop a detection operation according to an enable signal; and a power down cancel circuit configured to, when the over-discharge detection circuit has stopped the detection operation, cause the over-discharge detection circuit to re-start the detection operation when a current supplied to a detection terminal from a power feeding circuit is a predetermined current or more.

A apparatus configured to control charge and discharge of a battery, and to obtain a charging capacity of the battery, the apparatus includes: a first register configured to store voltage sections each including a lower and upper limit voltage; a circuit configured to measure a time from when the battery voltage at the time of charging the battery or a calculated value of that battery voltage exceeds the lower limit voltage to when that battery voltage or the calculated value reaches the upper limit voltage; an circuit configured to obtain section charging capacities, based on products of the charging current and the times; a second register configured to store the section charging capacities; and a circuit configured to read at least one of the section charging capacities stored in the second register, based on the battery voltage at the time of discharging the battery or the calculated value.

An integrated circuit includes: a first current detection circuit configured to, when a first enable signal is in an activated state, detect a current flowing between a first node and a second node, and generate an output signal, and when the first enable signal is in a deactivated state, stop a current detection operation; a first voltage detection circuit, which operates intermittently or operates continuously, that is configured to detect a voltage at the first node, and generate an output signal; and a control circuit that is configured to generate the first enable signal and supply the first enable signal to the first current detection circuit, and is configured to fetch the output signal of the first voltage detection circuit in a period other than the period in which the first enable signal transitions from a deactivated state to an activated state.

A control device controls a power transmission driver that transmits power to a power receiving device including a rectifier circuit that is connected to a secondary coil and generates a rectified voltage, by outputting a drive signal to a primary coil. The control device switches the drive mode of the power transmission driver between a full-bridge drive mode and a half-bridge drive mode according to the rectified voltage.
