A system and method for securely cradling a subsea pipeline is claimed that lands on one side of the pipeline, is embedded into the sea floor, reaches under the pipeline, positions the cradling structure, and then lifts the pipeline. The system typically comprises a gravity driven pile based device, comprising a pile tower, a roller carriage assembly, and a jacking assembly that engages the roller carriage assembly and pile tower rails.

The present invention discloses a vortex induced vibration inhibitor ('VIVI') comprising a hollow cylindrical housing having an elongated opening defined by locking edges. The housing is operable between an open and a closed position. Connecting assemblies include barbed connector pins received in grooved housings. Connector slots are provided in the connector and receptor housings. Retainer pins provide for release of connecting assemblies. Spacers are provided to limit movement of the housing in relation to the surrounded structure. An alignment stub is provided.

The invention described herein relates to a cleaning tool for cleaning subsea conduits, such as tendons, risers or strakes. This invention comprises a flotation collar and brush member which may be attached to a subsea conduit and which may travel up a subsea conduit as a result of buoyancy forces and be retracted using one or more winches.

A subsea suction pile crane system comprises a suction pile and a crane mounted on the suction pile. The crane comprises a rotatable mounting surface, a winch, and a boom having a proximal section attached to the rotatable mounting surface such that the boom can pivot with respect to the mounting surface, and a distal section opposite the proximal section. In embodiments, a plurality of suction piles may be sed. The crane system is typically hydraulically operated. A preferred embodiment of the invention may further comprise a remotely operated vehicle comprising a hydraulic power supply operatively coupled to the crane, and a manipulator arm mounted on the distal section of the boom and operatively coupled to the hydraulic power supply.

The invention is directed to a tool for cleaning subsea conduits, such as unjacketed risers or risers jacketed with strakes or other vortex induced vibration ('VIV') suppression devices.

This invention is directed toward a system for driving a wire loop cutting element. More particularly, the disclosed invention employs a frame and pulleys to drive a wire loop cutting element.
