In a separation preventing mechanism used in a brushless motor, an insertion section is formed into a separation preventing member () using resin, which has a form difficult to shape with a metal pressed part, and to which a latching member () can be inserted by combining rotation and shaft-direction insertion, making it easy to disassemble it after assembly and size adjustment.

Brushless motor with bearing and bearing housing

Fluid bearing mechanisms (and) are formed between a shaft () and a central part () of an oil impregnated sintered sleeve (). The oil impregnated sintered sleeve () has such an inner surface formed to be larger in aperture ratio at a thrust support end () and a loading end () than at a central part (). With this configuration, it is possible to achieve a brushless motor which can suppress an increase in bearing loss while obtaining necessary bearing stiffness at high rpm.

A hole piercing a bracket and another hole piercing a circuit board are formed at places between adjacent two salient poles among a plurality of salient poles of a stator core and the places correspond to tips of the two salient poles. A relative position between a hall element mounted on the circuit board and the stator core can be adjusted with a jig through those holes.
