The problem to be solved by this invention is a conventional printing web position adjusting apparatus poses a problem in which angularly displacing means having excellent accuracy is difficult to install, large power is needed, fabrication cost is high, an adjustment result cannot be detected since a side edge position is detected on an inlet side of the apparatus and space saving cannot be achieved.
