A cable retractor includes a frame having first and second frame ends, opposing frame walls between the frame ends, and a track extending along one of the frame walls. A block slides along the track. A single first pulley is coupled to the block, is rotatable about a first axis that moves together with the block, is the sole pulley that is rotatable about the first axis, and has only a single groove. A spring spool is mounted at the first frame end. A spring has a coiled part wound around the spring spool and has a segment that extends away from the coiled part and is coupled to the block. A single second pulley is disposed at the second frame end, is rotatable about a fixed second axis, is the sole pulley that is rotatable about the second axis, and has only a single groove.

Cable retractor for rotatable docking station

A cable retractor includes a frame having first and second frame ends, opposing frame walls between the frame ends, and a track extending along one of the frame walls. A block slides along the track. The swivel mount assembly includes an insertable part inserted into an opening in a structure and a lip part. A securing body secures the assembly body to a surface of the structure. A rotatable body includes another insertable part inserted into an opening in the insertable part of the assembly body, a plate part, side walls with at least one side aperture, and a platform part. At least one first roller directs a cable extending through an opening in the another insertable part into a volume between the plate part and the platform part. At least one second roller directs a further cable through the at least one side aperture. A cable retractor includes a frame. An intermediate storage section of the cable or further cable is ordinarily disposed within the frame.

Rotatable docking station with cable retractors

A swivel mount assembly for rotational mounting of an electronic device to a mounting structure includes a rotatable body inserted, in part, into an opening in the mounting structure and rotatable about an axis extending through the mounting structure opening. A plate part above the mounting structure has an opening that opens into the mounting structure opening. A sidewall is joined at one end to the plate part and has a side aperture formed therein. A roller is disposed in the opening in the plate part and directs a cable extending through the opening in the mounting structure to further pass through the side aperture. A hold/release mechanism, disposed above the plate part, holds the cable and prevents its movement when the hold/release mechanism is in a first setting, and releases the cable and permits its movement when the hold/release mechanism is in a second setting.

The swivel mount assembly includes and insertable part to be inserted into an opening in a structure and a lip part. A securing body secures the assembly body to a surface of the structure. A rotatable body includes another insertable part to be inserted into an opening in the insertable part of the assembly body, a plate part, and side walls with at least one side aperture. A platform part supports an electronic device and has at least one aperture at a location that permits a cable extending from the electronic device to pass through the aperture. At least one cable retractor is coupled to another end of the another insertable part of the rotatable body and has one first pulley and one second pulley.

A rotatable body includes another insertable part to be inserted into an opening in the insertable part of the assembly body, a plate part, side walls with at least one side aperture, at least one roller disposed in at least one opening in the plate part, a platform part disposed at an opposing end of the sidewalls to support the electronic device, and a hold/release mechanism disposed between the plate part and the platform part to hold the cable and prevent it movement when in a first setting and to release the cable and permit its movement when in a second setting.

A touch control panel assembly defining a plurality of touch buttons each adapted to control at least one function of at least one associated load. The touch control panel assembly comprises a front panel assembly adapted to removably attach to a rear panel assembly. The rear panel assembly comprises a user interface board comprising a plurality of touch sensing fields disposed at locations corresponding to the plurality of touch buttons to detect user input through the front panel. The user interface also comprises a plurality of light sources to provide backlighting to the touch buttons. The front panel assembly comprises a front panel and a frame comprising a frame wall attached to a rear surface of the front panel. The frame wall comprises a plurality of openings extending therethrough at locations corresponding to the touch buttons that define a plurality of label compartments. A plurality of removable labels each adapted to be inserted into and retained by one of the label compartment with indicia disposed thereon to define the respective touch button perceivable through the front surface of the front panel at least when the respective light source is turned on.
