A multi-instruction switch for enhancing electrical insulation is provided. The multi-instruction switch includes a housing, a common pin and a switching pin set. The housing comprises an accommodating space which includes a conductive elastic plate moving back-and-forth and a support rack therein. The conductive elastic plate includes a normal connection section and a switching connection section. The support rack includes a limiting track. The common pin is normally in electrical contact with the normal connection section in the housing. The switching pin set includes a first pin having a contact section and a second pin having a trigger section. The limiting track includes a first insulation plate, a second insulation plate, and an insulation space between the first and second insulation plates. As such, the present invention enhances the insulation effect by the first and second insulation plates and the insulation space located at the limiting track.

Multi-instruction switch for enhancing electrical insulation

An enhanced returning elasticity micro switch includes a base and a cap mounted thereon to form a housing compartment therebetween. The base is run through by a first pin and a second pin. The first pin has an anchor portion in the housing compartment to couple with a conductive member. The conductive member has a lower contact portion and swings when being pressed. The second pin has a first contact in the housing compartment. The first contact has an inclined surface connected to the lower contact portion during swing of the conductive member. The inclined surface is located at an elevation tapered towards the anchor portion. Hence the contact area between the conductive member and second pin increases, and adhesion force between the conductive member and second pin during power transmission decreases. Returning elasticity of the conductive member increases, and resistance against depression of the conductive member decreases.

Enhanced returning elasticity micro switch

An enhanced withstand voltage micro switch includes a base and a cap covering the base. The cap has a press element movable up and down. The base has a conductive member depressed by the press element and a connecting section extended upwards. The base also includes a first contact, and a second contact extended from the connecting section and located above the first contact. The conductive member is swung during up and down movement of the press element to connect with the first or the second contact. The connecting section has an isolation portion jutting sideward between the first and second contacts to prevent generation of a conductive layer caused by connection of the conductive member with the first and second contacts on the connecting section. Thus secured insulation can be formed between the first and second contacts to withstand a higher voltage test.

Enhanced withstand voltage micro switch

An input device adopts a low cost and simple terminal design to replace the conventional grating and instruction switch structures that are costly and complicated. The input device includes a braced rotary member turnable, tiltable leftwards and rightwards, and movable upwards and downwards for selected displacements and an instruction mechanism located within the displacements to receive forces and be driven by the rotary member to generate instructions. The instruction mechanism has abutting mechanical terminals to contact with each other to generate instruction signal output.

Input device

A microswitch that is easy to assemble and manufacture. The microswitch of this invention constantly keeps the connecting section of a resilient component for opening/closing an electric switch in contact with the first conductive section of a first conductive terminal in the main body of the microswitch, and houses a plate-shaped second conductive section with a contact area inside the main body. The first and second conductive sections of the resilient component generate signals preset by the microswitch for an initial signal connection state to a final connection state by a displacement produced by pressing a press button on a contact area of the second conductive terminal in order to increase the distance required for controlling the signal connection and allow the resilient component to have an effective deformation and provide the best resilience of the press button.

Microswitch

An electrical switch comprises an assembly of a base and an upper cover. A conductor resilient plate is mounted in the switch with a resilient tongue that extends and bends toward the upper cover and is placed parallel with a push button on a same side of the conductor resilient plate. Thereby, the thickness of the upper cover and the base can be reduced, so the switch could be accommodated dimensionally electrical equipment.

Electrical switch

A structure of an electronic switch is disclosed. The structure of the electronic switch comprises an adjustment groove in the neck portion of the button, a pressing element disposed in the adjustment groove, and an elastic plate area which is defined by a slit of the case of the switch. A plurality of pressing points in a form of grooves is disposed on the elastic plate area at a position where the adjustment groove is positioned, wherein the grooves correspond to every electrical signals generated by the switch, allowing to press and push the button to move the pressing element in right and left, or up and down directions through an external force, in doing so, the pressing element presses the corresponding pressing points generating the corresponding obvious synchronization contact stimulation.

Structure of a switch for electronic device

An improved switch consists of a seat, a button key, a first elastic element, a second elastic element, and a cap. The switch offers users pushing or depressing operations to control switching or selection of various function and may give users more touching sense during operations.
