A heating furnace includes a target space () in which a burning target is disposed, and a furnace main body () that surrounds the target space. The heating furnace includes one or more closed gas heaters having an introduction hole configured to introduce a fuel gas into the main body, a combustion chamber in which the introduced fuel gas is combusted, a discharge section to which an exhaust gas generated by combustion is guided, a radiation surface heated by the exhaust gas flowing through the discharge section or combustion in the combustion chamber and configured to transfer radiant heat to the burning target, and an exhaust hole configured to exhaust the exhaust gas that heats the radiation surface to the outside of the main body, and disposed in the furnace main body, and an exhaust heat transfer section (an insulated pipe ()) in communication with the exhaust hole of the closed gas heater and to which the exhaust gas is guided. In addition, the exhaust heat transfer section is installed at any portion in the furnace main body except for a radiation space () formed between the closed gas heater and the burning target disposed in the target space and configured to transfer the radiant heat to the burning target.

Heating furnace and continuous heating furnace

A continuous heating furnace includes a furnace main body, a conveyance unit configured to convey a baking object W in the furnace main body, a plurality of heating sections heated by combustion, each having a first radiation surface configured to be heated by combustion and transfers heat to the baking object conveyed by the conveyance unit and arranged in the conveyance direction of the baking object in the furnace main body, and a cooling preheater having a second radiation surface configured to receive radiant heat from the baking object when being opposite to the baking object conveyed by the conveyance unit and a gas flow path configured to preheat a gas used for combustion in the heating section by the heat from the second radiation surface.

Continuous heating furnace

A continuous heating furnace () includes a conveyance body () stretched in an endless shape and configured to convey a burning target, a furnace main body () partially or entirely surrounding the conveyance body to form a burning space, and a roller () configured to support a portion of the conveyance body in the furnace main body. The continuous heating furnace () further includes one or more closed gas heaters having an introduction hole configured to introduce a fuel gas into a heater main body, a combustion chamber in which the fuel gas is combusted, a discharge section to which an exhaust gas is guided, a radiation surface heated by the exhaust gas flowing through the discharge section or combustion in the combustion chamber and configured to transfer radiant heat to a burning target, and an exhaust hole configured to exhaust the exhaust gas that heats the radiation surface to the outside of the heater main body, and disposed in the furnace main body, and an exhaust pipe () in communication with the exhaust hole of the closed gas heater and through which the exhaust gas is guided. In addition, the exhaust pipe enables heat exchange between the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust pipe and the roller.

A continuous heating furnace includes one or a plurality of closed type gas heaters each having a combustion chamber, a guide section that guides an exhaust gas, an exhaust hole that discharges the exhaust gas and a first radiation surface that extends in a direction perpendicular to a baking object conveyance direction wherein the first radiation surface is heated by combustion in the combustion chamber and heat from the guide section and transfers radiant heat to the baking object. The continuous heating furnace also has at least one exhaust heat transfer unit that is juxtaposed with a corresponding closed type gas heater in the conveyance direction, wherein the at least one exhaust heat transfer unit has a second radiation surface that communicates with the exhaust hole of a closed type gas heater and is heated by the exhaust gas, and a heat transfer acceleration unit that accelerates heat transfer from the exhaust gas to the second radiation surface in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the second radiation surface.

A hermetically sealed gas heater () includes a heater main body, an introduction hole () configured to introduce a fuel gas into the heater main body, a combustion chamber () configured to combust the fuel gas flowing from introduction hole, and a discharge section () into which an exhaust gas generated by combustion in the combustion chamber is guided. The heater main body includes a radiation surface () heated by the exhaust gas flowing through the discharge section and configured to transfer radiant heat to a heating target (). An ejection port () configured to partially or entirely eject the exhaust gas to the heating target is formed at the radiation surface.

A combustion-heating system includes a plurality of combustion heaters connected to each other, a combustion heater including: a heating plate; an arrangement plate; an annular outer peripheral wall; a partition plate; a combustion chamber in which fuel gas collides with a flame-holding part constituting part of the outer peripheral wall, and thereby holding flames; an inflow path through which the fuel gas flows into the combustion chamber; and an outflow path through which exhaust gas flows from the combustion chamber toward the outside thereof, the outflow path to preheat the fuel gas by heat of the exhaust gas through the partition plate. The combustion-heating system includes a communication path communicating combustion chambers thereof with each other. The flame-holding part and the communication path are provided in series in a direction in which the heating plate and the arrangement plate face to each other.

Combustion-heating system

A combustion heater () provided with a heating plate (); a placement plate () disposed opposite the heating plate; an outer wall () provided around the outer circumference of the heating plate and the placement plate; a partitioning plate () that is disposed opposite the heating plate and the placement plate inside a space enclosed by the heating plate, the placement plate, and the outer wall, that forms a lead-in portion () by a gap with the placement plate, and that forms a lead-out portion () by a gap with the heating plate; and a combustion chamber () that is arranged in the space enclosed by the heating plate, the placement plate and the outer wall, and at which the fuel gas that was introduced from the lead-in portion combusts, and that leads out exhaust gas produced by the combustion toward the lead-out portion; in which a concavo-convex portion () that has concavities and convexities in the thickness direction is provided in the partitioning plate.

Combustion heater

A combustion heater () that is provided with a heating plate (); a placement plate () disposed opposite the heating plate; an outer wall () provided around the outer circumference of the heating plate and the placement plate; a partitioning plate () that is disposed opposite the heating plate and the placement plate inside a space enclosed by the heating plate, the placement plate, and the outer wall, that forms a lead-in portion () by a gap with the placement plate, and that forms a lead-out portion () by a gap with the heating plate; a linking portion () that links the lead-in portion and the lead-out portion; a combustion chamber () that combusts fuel gas at the lead-out portion near the linking portion; and a flame-stabilization portion () that is provided in the combustion chamber and that maintains the combustion of the fuel gas in the combustion chamber.

Provided is a combustion heater (), which includes a heating plate (), a layout plate () disposed opposite to the heating plate, an annular outer circumferential wall () interposed between the heating plate and the layout plate, clipping parts () configured to sandwich the heating plate, the layout plate, and the outer circumferential wall so that at least one of the heating plate and the layout plate is allowed to expand in an extending direction thereof, a partition plate () disposed between the heating plate and the layout plate, a combustion chamber () disposed inside the outer circumferential wall along the outer circumferential wall, an inflow passage () configured to flow fuel gas into the combustion chamber using the layout plate and the partition plate as a lateral wall thereof, and an outflow passage () configured to discharge exhaust gas from the combustion chamber to an outside using the heating plate and the partition plate as a lateral wall thereof, and to preheat the fuel gas using heat of the exhaust gas via the partition plate. According to the combustion heater, thermal fatigue caused by repetition of heating and cooling can be suppressed.
