Provided is an endoscope apparatus that can improve the airtightness of a space within a connector part where an optical semiconductor element or the like is present. The endoscope apparatus includes a connector part that is connected to an external device and transmits and receives light signals to and from the external device. The connector part includes a hollow metal member having two openings that communicate with each other, a light emitting element that is press-fitted and fixed to one opening side of the hollow metal member so as to be capable of sealing the periphery of the one opening, a lens that is provided on the other opening side of the hollow metal member, a fixing member that fixes the lens to the hollow metal member, and an O ring that is pressed by the fixing member and seals a gap between the lens and the hollow metal member.

Endoscope apparatus

There are provided a connector of which manufacture and maintenance are easy and an endoscope system. A connector is a connector for an endoscope that is connected to a light source device. The connector includes a light guide part that guides illumination light, a wireless communication unit that wirelessly communicates with the light source device, a wireless power receiving unit that wirelessly receives power supplied from the light source device, and a housing that is formed in a flat shape in which a horizontal length is longer than a vertical length in a connection posture where the connector is connected to the light source device. The light guide part, the wireless communication unit, and the wireless power receiving unit are provided on a front surface of the housing, which faces the light source device, so as to be lined up in a horizontal direction.

Connector and endoscope system

A side-viewing endoscope includes an elongated tube for entry in a body cavity for imaging. A wire line is contained in the elongated tube, for moving in an axial direction back and forth. A guide device is coupled with a distal end of the wire line, caused to shift between first and second positions by the wire line, for orientation in a direction crosswise to the axial direction upon being set in the second position. An input lever is disposed at a proximal end of the wire line, for moving the wire line in the axial direction. A cam mechanism is connected between the input lever and the wire line, for shifting the guide device at a first shift between the first position and an intermediate position, and shifting the guide device at a second shift smaller than the first shift between the intermediate and second positions.

The invention provides an endoscope connector capable of stably performing image communication, an endoscope including the endoscope connector and endoscope system. An endoscope connector is provided in an endoscope having an imaging unit at a distal end of an insertion portion, connected with an endoscope processor device, and provided with an image signal transmitting unit transmitting an image signal with respect to the endoscope processor device via optical communication. The image signal transmitting unit is arranged in an image signal transmitting connector connected with a processor device connector. The image signal transmitting connector includes a glass member provided at the tip end through which the image signal passes and a guide member formed on a circumference of the glass member. The guide member has grooves thereon radially extending from the glass member.

Endoscope connector, endoscope, and endoscope system

There is provided a connector for an endoscope that is easy to grip and is easily connected to a light source device. The connector includes: a light guide part, a wireless communication unit, a wireless power receiving unit, a housing section which houses the wireless communication unit and the wireless power receiving unit and in which the light guide part protrudes from a front surface thereof positioned close to a light source device in a connection posture where the connector is connected to the light source device, and a grip section that includes a concave finger placing portion on which a thumb is placed and which is provided on an upper surface thereof on a central axis of the light guide part in a case in which the grip section is viewed from an upper surface of the connector positioned on a vertically upper side in the connection posture.

Connector

There is provided a connector for an endoscope that is easy to grip and is easily connected to a light source device. The connector includes: a light guide part; a wireless communication unit; a wireless power receiving unit; a housing section which houses the wireless communication unit and the wireless power receiving unit, and in which the light guide part protrudes from a front surface thereof, an upper surface thereof is a curved surface, and a lower surface thereof is a flat surface; a grip section that has a shape in which a cross-sectional area decreases toward a rear portion from a front portion thereof, and includes a concave finger placing portion which is provided on the upper surface; and a finger locking portion that is provided between the housing section and the grip section and locks a forefinger on a lower surface of the connector.

Endoscope with external device connector

There are provided an endoscope system capable of suppressing an increase in the size of a first connector of an endoscope and of performing non-contact electric power supply and non-contact signal transmission, an endoscope, and an endoscope connector. A power receiving unit and a power supply unit are disposed opposite to each other along an insertion direction of first and second connectors, and an image signal transmission unit and an image signal receiving unit are disposed opposite to each other along the insertion direction of the first and second connectors. A first circuit board is disposed on the opposite side to the power supply unit with respect to the power receiving unit so as to partially overlap the power receiving unit in the insertion direction. The power receiving unit and the image signal transmission unit are disposed so as not to overlap each other in the insertion direction.

Endoscope system

A printer processor prints out two sheets of test prints by printing a test pattern on two recording sheets of different lengths. The test pattern consists of eight straight-linear lines that are parallel to a main scan direction or a sub scan direction of an exposure section. Dimensions of designated portions of the test pattern are measured on each of the test prints, to detect skew characteristics of the recording sheets, deviations of print starting positions in the main and sub scan directions and fluctuations in transport speed of the recording sheets. Based on the detected values, a skew correcting section, the exposure section and a conveyer device for the recording sheets are controlled to correct skew of the recording sheets, the print starting positions in the main and sub scan directions and the transport speed.

Method of adjusting image recording apparatus for correcting skew

After detecting an anterior end of a photosensitive material with a sensor, a controlling unit controls a release unit to release a nip of a carrying roller pair carrying the photosensitive material. The nip of the carrying roller pair is released in accordance with a length of the photosensitive material in a carrying direction thereof. It is possible to avoid applying a force of the carrying roller pair to a posterior end of the photosensitive material so that a skew-correction amount of a skew corrector is prevented from deteriorating. A skew of the photosensitive material is surely corrected relative to the carrying direction of the photosensitive material.

Sheet carrying device with tilted skew correction and force releasing carriers

A downstream edge of a first guide plate has a convex shape in a carrying direction such that a width thereof gradually reduces from both lateral sides toward the center. A central portion of the downstream edge is formed with a protrusion, a width of which becomes narrower in the carrying direction. An upstream edge of a second guide plate has a concave shape in a reverse direction to the carrying direction so as to correspond to the shape of the downstream edge of the first guide plate. A central portion of the upstream edge is formed with a cutout, a width of which becomes narrower in the carrying direction. The downstream edge of the first guide plate is adjacent to the upstream edge of the second guide plate, and the protrusion is adjacent to the cutout so as to enter thereinto.

Sheet-material carrying device

A paper magazine to be loaded in an image recording device contains a roll of recording paper, and is provided with a transport mechanism to feed the recording paper out of the paper magazine with holding a leading end of the recording paper. The transport mechanism includes a drive roller and a belt mechanism. The belt mechanism is composed of a pair of pulleys, separated by a particular interval, and a flat belt to encircle the pulleys. The drive roller contacts with the flat belt in the center, pressing it to bend. Making surface contact with the recording paper between the flat belt, the drive roller transports the recording paper without slipping.

Paper magazine

A magazine containing a roll of recording paper is removably loaded in an image recording apparatus. A sensor for detecting a leading end of the recording paper is provided in the image recording apparatus near a paper outlet of the loaded magazine. The image recording apparatus has a device for calculating a transport amount of the recording paper till the leading end of the recording paper is detected by the sensor. If the calculated transport amount is less than a predetermined value, the leading end of the recording paper is considered to be fogged or stained, so an edge treatment is carried out to cut a certain length by a cutter away from the leading end before the recording paper is fed into an image recording section. The magazine is provided with a memory for recording an open/close history of its lid that is opened and closed to set the recording paper in the magazine. The image recording apparatus reads the open/close history from the memory. If the open/close history indicates that the magazine lid was opened while the magazine was removed from the image recording apparatus, it is judged that the magazine contains a new roll of recording paper, so the edge treatment is carried out even while the transport amount is more than the predetermined value.
