There is provided an air conditioning register which can prevent or effectively suppress a reduction in an effective opening surface area at an air-conditioned air blow-out portion, and which has good blow-out efficiency of air-conditioned air. A first flow pathand a second flow path, whose directions toward a blow-out bezeldiffer, are formed within a retainerof an air conditioning register. A first damperand plural second dampers, which are interlocked with one another, are provided at the retainer. The first damperopens and closes the first flow path, and the second dampersopen and close the second flow path. The first damperand the second dampersare operated such that either one of the first flow pathand the second flow pathis opened and the other is closed, and the flow path of the air-conditioned air is switched. In this way, a blow-out direction of the air-conditioned air from the blow-out bezelis controlled, while a reduction in an effective opening surface area at the blow-out bezelis prevented or effectively suppressed.

Air conditioning register

An air outlet structure for an air conditioner, which can provide a sufficient volume and speed of air conditioning airflow, which has excellent directivity, and which has a thin air outlet directed to the interior of a vehicle. In the air outlet structure () for an air conditioner, a movable flow path member () provided in a case () can be deformed to a triangle and to a pentagon according to operation of a left-right adjustment knob (), and this changes the shape of a flow path in the case (). Accordingly, the flow path in the case () does not require fins for changing the direction of the left and right. As a result, the flow path in the case () can have a sufficient effective cross-sectional area to provide a sufficient volume and speed of air conditioning airflow. Further, changing the shape of the flow path itself within the case () enables control of the direction of air conditioning airflow from an air outlet (), and as a result, air conditioning airflow having excellent directivity can be obtained. Also, since the flow in the case () has the sufficient effective cross-sectional area, the air outlet () for the vehicle interior is thinner in the vertical or left-right direction of the vehicle.

Air outlet structure for air conditioner

A thin air outlet structure to a vehicle compartment exhibiting excellent directivity while ensuring sufficient volume and velocity of air conditioning air stream. In the air outlet structure, delivery direction of the air stream can be altered by altering the posture of a pair of finsprovided at a middle portionin the flow direction in a case. Since the air outletdoes not require a plurality of fins for altering the delivery direction, the air outletcan be made thin. Since the delivery direction of the air stream can be altered by means of the pair of finsand the number of the finsis small, flow of air is not impeded in the flow path within the caseand effective cross-sectional area of the flow path within the casecan be ensured. Consequently, sufficient volume and velocity of air stream can be secured. Furthermore, the size for each blade of the finscan be increased by the decrease made in the number of fins. The air conditioning air stream excellent in directivity can be obtained.

Thin air outlet structure of vehicle air conditioner

A vehicle airbag system includes a vehicle crash sensor that detects a vehicle impact, and an airbag module that is provided in interior equipment positioned in front of a front-seat occupant and that includes an inflator and an airbag. The vehicle airbag system further includes a reaction-force plate that receives a reaction force of the airbag; a drive unit that moves the reaction-force plate from the storage position to the predetermined operating position; and a stopper that holds the reaction-force plate at the predetermined operating position. In the airbag system, when the airbag is deployed, the reaction-force plate is moved from the storage position to the predetermined operating position by the drive unit.

Vehicle airbag system

A frame which forms the outer shape of a supporting bracket is constructed so as to be thinner from one portion on the side of a pillar-to-pillar member to another portion on the side of a knee panel. Inside the frame, an inner frame is constructed by ribs and the frame. Deformation of the shape of the ribs allows the supporting bracket to be easily constructed which has impact energy absorbing and deformation characteristics.
