The one-part moisture-curable urethane composition of the present technology includes: a urethane prepolymer (A) having an isocyanate group; at least one type of compound (B) selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic isocyanate compound and a modified product of the aliphatic isocyanate compound; and a monoalcohol compound (C) having a hydroxy group, the monoalcohol compound (C) being blended in an amount such that the amount of the hydroxy group in the monoalcohol compound (C) is from 0.025 to 0.4 mol per 1 mol of the isocyanate group in the urethane prepolymer (A).

One-part moisture-curable urethane composition

The present technology provides a one-part moisture-curable polyurethane composition excellent in long-term adhesion against weather resistance and vibration. According to the embodiment of the present technology, a one-part moisture-curable polyurethane composition includes: a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group; a morpholine compound having one morpholine ring; and an ether compound having two dimethylamino groups.

One-part moisture-curable polyurethane composition

The present technology provides a polyurethane composition including: a main agent; and a curing agent, wherein the main agent includes a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, a morpholine compound having one morpholine ring, and an ether compound having two dimethylamino groups, and the curing agent includes an active hydrogen compound having two or more active hydrogen-containing groups in one molecule.

Polyurethane composition

The present technology provides a one-part moisture curable adhesive composition and a production method thereof. The adhesive composition contains: a preliminary composition containing a urethane prepolymer and a reaction product of an aliphatic isocyanate A and an aminosilane compound B or a monoterpene alcohol; and a dimethyl tin catalyst represented by Formula (1) below. In Formula (1), Xand Xeach independently represent a divalent heteroatom and Rand Reach independently represent a hydrocarbon group that may have a heteroatom. 

Adhesive composition and production method therefor

The present technology provides: a one-part moisture-curable adhesive composition including: a preliminary composition obtained by mixing a urethane prepolymer, an aliphatic isocyanate A, and an aminosilane compound B, and a dimethyl tin catalyst represented by Formula (1) below; and a production method thereof. In Formula (1), Xand Xeach independently represent a divalent heteroatom, and Rand Reach independently represent a hydrocarbon group that may have a heteroatom.

One-component moisture-curable urethane composition and method for producing same

The present technology provides an adhesive composition containing a urethane prepolymer (UP), plural types of carbon blacks (CB), calcium carbonate, aliphatic isocyanate, a metal catalyst, and an amine catalyst, wherein first and second CBs have dibutyl phthalate oil absorptions of from 23 to 40 cm/100 g and from 85 to 120 cm/100 g, respectively; contents 1 and 2 of the first and second CBs are respectively not less than 25 parts by mass and not less than 9 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the UP; a content of the calcium carbonate is from 5 to 30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the UP, and from 5 to 50 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of a sum of the contents 1 and 2.

Adhesive composition

A one-part moisture-curable polyurethane composition according to the present technology comprises: a urethane prepolymer (A), a crosslinking agent (B), carbon black (C) and a catalyst (D). The crosslinking agent (B) is at least one type selected from the group consisting of isocyanurate of hexamethylene diisocyanate (b1), allophanate of hexamethylene diisocyanate (b2), a reaction product of hexamethylene diisocyanate with trimethylolpropane (b3), and a reaction product of hexamethylene diisocyanate with glycerin (b4). The content of the crosslinking agent (B) is from 8 to 20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the urethane prepolymer (A).

A one-part moisture-curable polyurethane composition of the present technology comprises: a preliminary composition containing a urethane prepolymer (A); and an adhesion promoter (B); the adhesion promoter being a reaction product of a compound (b1) having three or more isocyanate groups; and a compound (b2) of at least one type of a compound selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by Formula (1) to (4) described below and hydrogenated compounds of compounds represented by Formula (1) to (3) described below; wherein a ratio (NCO/OH) between an isocyanate group (NCO) of the compound (b1) and a hydroxy group (OH) of the compound (b2) is 1.2 to 3.2; and a content of the adhesion promoter (B) being 0.1 to 10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the preliminary composition.

A one-pack moisture-curing composition of the present technology contains a preliminary composition, an adhesiveness-imparting agent containing a compound (A) and/or a compound (B), a first catalyst containing a compound (C) and/or dibutyltin bis(pentadione), and a second catalyst containing a dimorpholinodiethylether.

One-pack moisture-curing composition

Provided is a method for producing a one-component moisture-curing polyurethane composition, the method comprising: a mixing step in which a liquid component (A) containing a polyol compound is mixed with a powder component (B) containing a filler so as to obtain a paste-like mixture of the liquid component (A) and the powder component (B); a dehydration step in which, following the mixing step, at least a portion of the residual moisture in the paste-like mixture is removed; a prepolymer generation step in which a polyisocyanate compound (C) is mixed with the paste-like mixture following the dehydration step so as to obtain a mixture containing a urethane prepolymer generated by a reaction between the polyisocyanate compound (C) and the polyol compound in the paste-like mixture; and a composition generation step in which the mixture is mixed with an aliphatic isocyanate compound (D) so as to obtain a one-component moisture-curing polyurethane composition.

Method for producing one-component moisture-curing polyurethane composition

A method for adhering glass including cleaning ceramic printed glass using a first solution containing dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid, and a solvent, and cleaning the glass using a second solution containing an alkoxysilane compound. Thereafter, a glass primer is applied to the glass, an adhesive is applied, and the glass is adhered to an adherend. The first solution includes not less than 0.1 mass % and not more than 10 mass % of the dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, and not less than 0.01 mass % and not more than 5 mass % of the p-toluenesulfonic acid, per 100 mass % of the solvent.

Method for adhering glass

A primer composition including a binder resin, a compound (A) expressed by general formula (1) below or a hydrate thereof, and a solvent. In such a primer composition, a content of the compound (A) is not less than 0.1 mass % and not more than 1.5 mass %. 

Primer composition

A shot pump including a cylinder standing upright and an inlet having a check valve which allows a paste-like transferred substance to only flow into the cylinder therethrough. The shot pump also includes an outlet having a check valve which allows the transferred substance to only flow out of the cylinder therethrough. Additionally, a piston is configured to vertically reciprocate in the cylinder, causing the transferred substance to be sucked from the inlet and then to be discharged from the outlet. The ratio of a clearance between a side face of the piston and an inner side face of the cylinder to an outside diameter of the piston is 1/50 to &#xbd;. The transferred substance is sucked from the inlet, is then caused to pass through the clearance between the side face of the piston and the inner side face of the cylinder, and is discharged from the outlet.
