A display device is disclosed. The display device comprises: a driving transistor drives a light emitting element; a scanning transistor connected between a first node of the driving transistor and a data line; and a sensing transistor connected between a second node of the driving transistor and a reference voltage line, wherein a period of time during which a characteristic value of the sensing transistor is sensed includes a voltage control period, a voltage tracking period, and a sampling period, and during the voltage control period, a first sensing voltage is supplied to the data line, a second sensing voltage is supplied to a third node of the driving transistor, a third sensing voltage is supplied to gate nodes of the scanning transistor and the sensing transistor, and a fourth sensing voltage is supplied to the reference voltage line. Accordingly, changes of characteristic values of the sensing transistor are sensed.

Display device and driving method

A data driving circuit and a display device are provided. A display device includes: a display panel including a plurality of subpixels, each of the plurality of subpixels including: a light-emitting device, and a driving transistor configured to drive the light-emitting device, and a data driving circuit configured to: supply a data voltage to the plurality of subpixels, and supply, in a display period, to at least one subpixel among the plurality of subpixels: the data voltage, obtained by adding a first voltage corresponding to a luminance of the light-emitting device, and a second voltage smaller than a change value of a threshold voltage of the driving transistor.

Light emitting display apparatus

Disclosed is a display apparatus. The display apparatus includes a substrate, a first wiring part on the substrate, a first insulation layer on the first wiring part, a microchip on the first insulation layer, a second wiring part on the microchip, and an organic light emitting device on the second wiring part. The microchip includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, a first pad part on the first surface, and a second pad part on the second surface. The first pad part is connected to the first wiring part, and the second pad part is connected to the second wiring part.

Display apparatus including microchip

A current sensing device and an organic light emitting display device including the same are disclosed. The current sensing device includes a sensing unit selectively connected to a pixel and a reference current source through a sensing line. The sensing unit includes a plurality of resistors connected to a first node and setting a divided voltage according to a pixel current input from the pixel and a reference current input from the reference current source, a first MOS transistor connected between the first node and a second node, a second MOS transistor diode-connected to the second node, and a comparator having an inverting input terminal connected to a third node, a non-inverting input terminal connected to a fourth node, comparing a reference voltage charged at the third node when the reference current is input and a pixel voltage charged at the fourth node when the pixel current is input, and outputting a comparison result.

Current sensing device and organic light emitting display device including the same

The display apparatus may include gate lines passing through a display area of a substrate, data lines passing through the display area of the substrate, pixel driving power lines passing through the display area of the substrate, a plurality of pixels having a pixel driving chip mounted on at least one pixel area defined on the substrate and connected and connected to an adjacent gate line and data line and a light emission part connected to the pixel driving chip, a gate driving chip array part mounted in a non-display area of the substrate and connected to the gate lines, and a data driving chip array part mounted in the non-display area of the substrate and connected to the data lines.

A display device comprises: a pixel array including pixels connected to gate lines; a gate driver that sequentially supplies scan signals to the gate lines by using a plurality of stages connected in cascade; and a driving voltage generator that supplies first and second driving voltages to the gate driver and inverts the first and second driving voltages of opposite phases at given intervals, wherein an nth stage (n is a natural number), among the stages of the gate driver, comprises: a start controller that charges a Qnode in a period when an (n&#x2212;1)th scan signal and a first clock signal are synchronized, and charges a QB node in a period when an (n&#x2212;1)th carry signal, opposite in phase to the (n&#x2212;1)th scan signal, and the first clock signal are synchronized; a first node controller that charges a Qnode or a QB node in response to a voltage at the Qnode; a first output control transistor that outputs an nth scan signal through a Q node in response to a voltage at the Qnode; and a second output control transistor that charges the Q node with the second driving voltage in response to a voltage at the QB node.

The display device includes a display panel configured to display an image, a plurality of data lines arranged in a first diagonal direction of the display panel, a plurality of scan lines arranged in a second diagonal direction intersecting the first diagonal direction of the display panel, a plurality of data drivers connected to the plurality of data lines, and a plurality of scan drivers connected to the plurality of scan lines.
