A composite cable is provided with a coaxial wire and an insulated wire. The coaxial wire includes a center conductor, a first insulation covering the center conductor, and plural outer conductors arranged on an outer periphery of the first insulation, and a jacket covering the plural outer conductors. The insulated wire includes a stranded conductor including plural strands twisted together, and a second insulation covering the stranded conductor. The center conductor of the coaxial wire is a single wire. A conductor diameter of the center conductor is not more than a wire diameter of each of the plural strands of the insulated wire.

Composite cable

A shielded cable includes at least one electric wire or cable, a shield being provided around the at least one electric wire or cable and including a plurality of wires comprising a metal material, an insulating coating being provided around the shield in direct- and plane-contact with the plurality of wires. The insulating coating includes a base resin composed of acid-modified fluoropolymer, and a heat-dissipating filler included in the base resin. The heat-dissipating filler is electrically insulating and has at least one functional group of NHgroup and OH group on its surface.

Shielded cable

A medical braided tube assembly includes a braided tube including a hollow cylindrical inner resin layer, a braided wire including braided strands and being provided over a periphery of the inner resin layer, and an outer resin layer provided to cover peripheries of the inner resin layer and the braided wire, and a connector provided at an end portion of the braided tube. The connector includes a tube housing section for accommodating the end portion of the braided tube. The braided tube accommodated in the tube housing section are adhesively fixed by an adhesive. The adhesive is provided to seal an entire periphery of the braided wire at an end face of the braided tube.

Medical braided tube assembly

A composite cable is provided with plural wires each having a metal conductor and an insulator, a binder layer that bundles the plural wires together, a shield layer composed of a metal conductor and arranged around the binder layer, and a sheath covering around the shield layer. An outer diameter of the sheath is 2.0 mm or less. An amount of the metal conductor per unit length used in the shield layer is 0.4 times or more and 0.7 times or less than an amount of the metal conductor per unit length used in the plural wires.

A braided tube includes a hollow cylindrical inner resin layer made of thermoplastic polyurethane resin, a braided wire including braided strands made of nylon and being provided over a periphery of the inner resin layer, and an outer resin layer made of thermoplastic polyurethane resin and being provided to cover peripheries of the inner resin layer and the braided wire. A width of a void formed around the strand of the braided wire in a cross section perpendicular to a tube longitudinal direction is 30 &#x3bc;m or less.

Braided tube

A cable includes a sheath, and a coating film covering a circumference of the sheath. The coating film adheres to the sheath. The static friction coefficient of a surface of the coating film is smaller than the static friction coefficient of a surface of the sheath. The adhesion strength between the sheath and the coating film is 0.30 MPa or more.

Medical hollow tube

A tube equipped electric wire, which is configured to be used in a catheter equipped with a catheter tube and be installed within the catheter tube, is composed of a tube including an outer surface, and one or more electric wires helically wound around the outer surface of the tube.

Tube equipped electric wire

A high frequency signal transmission cable includes a conductor, an insulator provided over a periphery of the conductor, a plating layer provided over a periphery of the insulator, and a sheath provided over a periphery of the plating layer. A crack suppressing layer is provided between the insulator and the plating layer, in such a manner as to remain in contact with the insulator while being provided with the plating layer over an outer surface of that crack suppressing layer. The crack suppressing layer is composed of a resin film to suppress the occurrence of a cracking in the plating layer by bending while moving in a longitudinal direction of the cable relative to a bending of the insulator.

Cable and medical hollow tube

A coaxial cable includes an inner conductor; an insulator covering a circumference of the inner conductor; a shield layer covering a circumference of the insulator; and a sheath covering a circumference of the shield layer. The inner conductor is composed of first metal strands that are twisted each other in such a manner that a cross-sectional shape of the inner conductor is circular. The shield layer includes a winding shield layer including second metal strands spirally wound around the insulator, and a shield tape layer including a shield tape including a resin tape and a metal layer provided on one side of the resin tape, the shield tape being spirally wound around the winding shield layer with the metal layer being located inwardly radially in such a manner that the metal layer is being in contact with the winding shield layer. The winding shield layer has a gap in at least one location between the second metal strands adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction, and a sum of distances w between the second metal strands adjacent to each other via the gap is not more than an outer diameter d of the second metal strand in a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction.

Coaxial cable

A coaxial cable includes a central conductor, a plurality of insulating twisted threads or insulation strings wound therearound, each insulating twisted thread including a plurality of insulating strings twisted together, a cover layer provided around the insulating twisted threads or the insulation strings to form a gap to the insulating twisted threads or the insulation strings, and an outer conductor and a jacket provided on the outer periphery of the cover layer.

Coaxial cable and medical cable

A cable includes a bush that accommodates a coil formed by helically winding a heat-transfer wire to have a heat dissipation function. The bush may include a resin material including a heat-transfer powder mixed therein. The heat-transfer wire may be configured to be connected to a heat source attached to the cable to receive heat from the heat source. The bush may include a smooth surface.

Cable

A cable includes a silicone rubber coating including microparticles and cavities as an outermost coating. A medial hollow tube includes a silicone rubber coating including microparticles and cavities as an outermost coating or an innermost coating. The microparticles may be at least one kind of microparticle selected from silicone resin microparticle, silicone rubber microparticle and silica microparticle. The microparticles may have hardness higher than a hardness of silicone rubber constituting the silicone rubber coating.

A composite cable includes a twisted wire formed by twisting a plurality of signal lines, and a plurality of power lines that are arranged on a circumference of a circle concentric with the twisted wire so as to surround an outer circumference of the twisted wire and are twisted around the twisted wire.
