A crude oil extraction pump includes: a production pipe having a tubular shape along an axis extending in a vertical direction; a pump rotor extending in a direction of the axis inside the production pipe; and a pump stator which is provided between the production pipe and the pump rotor to surround the pump rotor, wherein the pump rotor includes a plurality of pump shafts which are sequentially connected in the direction of the axis, an impeller which rotates together with the pump shaft to pump crude oil upward, and a thrust collar which protruding radially outward from the pump shaft, and wherein the pump stator includes a tubular stator body and a thrust pad protruding radially inward from an inner peripheral surface of the stator body and supporting the thrust collar from below to be slidable in the circumferential direction.

Crude oil extraction pump

A crude oil extraction pump includes: a production pipe having a tubular shape along an axis extending in a vertical direction; a pump rotor extending in a direction of the axis inside the production pipe; and a pump stator surrounding the pump rotor, wherein the pump rotor includes a pump shaft and an impeller which is provided in multiple stages and rotates together with the pump shaft to pump crude oil upward, and wherein the pump stator includes a stator body having a tubular shape, a plurality of vanes protruding radially inward from an inner peripheral surface of the stator body and are provided above the respective impellers, a diffuser hub which is formed on a radial inside of the vane, a bearing device which is installed on an inner peripheral side of the diffuser hub, and a hub extension portion which is formed at an upper end portion of the diffuser hub and having an outer peripheral surface having a constant outer diameter centered on the axis.

Provided is a piston ring including: a low-pressure side ring; and a high-pressure side ring, the low-pressure side ring and the high-pressure side ring are arranged stacked in a direction along the axis so that the high-pressure side ring is closer to a fluid to be compressed, a low-pressure side rotation restriction part configured to restrict rotation in the circumferential direction relative to the piston is formed to the low-pressure side ring, a high-pressure side rotation restriction part configured to restrict rotation in the circumferential direction relative to the piston and a low-pressure side protrusion protruding toward the low-pressure side ring and inserted in the low-pressure side abutment are formed to the high-pressure side ring, and the low-pressure side protrusion is inserted in a low-pressure side abutment with clearances being provided in both sides in the circumferential direction between the low-pressure side ring and the low-pressure side protrusion.

Piston ring and booster pump

An impeller includes: main vanes which are provided in a front stage section of a hub so as to connect an outer surface of the front stage section and an inner surface of a shroud, and are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the hub, wherein the main vanes generate an oblique flow of crude oil; and splitter vanes which are provided in a rear stage section of the hub so as to be connected to an outer surface of the rear stage section, and are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, wherein the splitter vanes generate an axial flow of the crude oil.

Impeller and pump

The pump includes a ring-shaped first inclined surface formed in a portion of a production pipe located above a motor stator and inclined in a direction toward a central axis of the production pipe with respect to a direction from an upper end to a lower end of the production pipe, and a ring-shaped second inclined surface that is formed outside a lower end portion of a pump stator constituting an inner element and comes into surface contact with the first inclined surface.

Pump

A cylindrical gap is formed between a production pipe and a pump stator, the pump stator has a tubular pump casing that surrounds a plurality of pump bodies, the pump casing is provided with a penetrating portion that penetrates the pump casing in a radial direction and communicates with the gap, and the penetrating portion is formed in a portion of the pump casing that faces a pump body, which is located in an intermediate stage of the plurality of pump bodies, in the radial direction.

The concentrating heat receiver () is provided with a casing () which has an opening portion () into which sunrays are made incident, a heat receiving portion () which is accommodated inside the casing () so that a working fluid flows therethrough and receive heat from sunrays made incident from the opening portion, thereby raising the temperature of the working fluid, and hanging members () in which the upper end sides thereof are coupled to an upper angle () and the other end sides thereof are loosely inserted into through holes () of the casing (), thereby supporting in a hanging manner the heat receiving portion () inside the casing ().

Solar concentrating heat receiver and system thereof

A rotating shaft is supported by journal bearings that can support without contacting the rotating shaft itself. Then, one end of both shaft end portions of the rotating shaft has a main impeller installed and the other end is provided with a sub impeller. By utilizing a force being generated by rotation of the main impeller, liquid being pumped (fluid being pumped) is sucked in through a suction port and discharged through a discharge port. On the other hand, by utilizing a force being generated by rotation of the sub impeller, fluid is transported to the journal bearings, thereby having the journal bearings support the rotating shaft.

Sealless pump

In a pump conveying a supercritical fluid or a liquid are provided stator slots and motor mold members which are charged between the stator slots, so as to have a stator can of a motor driving the pump from the outside thereof. Additionally, by providing a main shaft of a motor driving the pump and bearings supporting the main shaft with clearance-fitting and by tightening inner rings of the bearings to the main shaft in an axial direction, the bearings are fixed to the main shaft.
