A reusable pour-on gun system is disclosed that is comprised of a pour-on gun component that does not need an inlet valve, a cap assembly including a one-way valve system, the cap assembly adapted to be coupled to a liquid reservoir container, and a hose component coupled on one end to the pour-on gun component and on the other end to the cap assembly.

A can d&eacute;tente for attachment to the base of a can is disclosed and claimed. The can d&eacute;tente facilitates attachment of a can to a can carriage and allows the application of force to the bottom of the can from an external source.

An orientationally adjustable marking syringe provides automatic loading of medicine from a medicine source to the syringe. Actuation of the handles of the syringe simultaneously discharges or injects the contents of the syringe and a marking substance such as ink contained in an ink dispenser integrally attached to the marking syringe by a pivoting ink carriage. The pivoting ink carriage can be pivoted about the syringe to better accommodate the ergonomic desires of the user and the objectives of the injection.
